Creative Story : A Short Story

The movie Elysium (Dir. Blomkamp) follows the plot line of Max, who is a young determined man to change all his rags and failing health due to radiation poisoning he sustained on the job in america into riches and great health on Elysium. On earth the people live in Slum-like living conditions. The Government is controlled by robots throughout the film as doctors,police,EMS,parole officers,upscale security. The privileged leave earth and are rid of all a disease,war,death,poverty,aging floating above earth in their own utopia called Elysium (Dir.Blomkamp).

"Ha! Gotcha now, doll!" Byron had dropped Jill off at Charles' place, to pursue her. He was gaining on CJ; so much that he could see her dashboard. He tapped her bumper from behind, and latched onto it. They were attached for miles. CJ steered her car into the rural area of town. She geared it in reverse and jumped out the door. Byron was thrown through his back windshield. She ran from both vehicles, as far as possible. Byron was after her; he couldn't allow her to live with the truth. It was a brick wall; she was trapped.

"Where the fuck are we going, the border's West." The hulking six-foot three, heavily tattooed Latino removed a ham-size first from the steering wheel and glared at the man in the passenger seat.

The Elark lunged for him again, grabbing his amulet and trying to rip it off of his neck, Phoenix raised an arm and swung, catching the creature on the side of his face, a small cut on the Larks cheek began to bleed profusely where Phoenix’s ring had struck him. He roared in pain and staggered backwards, Nix tried to take the moment to feel for his phone that had been lost in the scuffle. He dropped to his hands and knees and crawled across the floor, shards of broken glass sticking into his palms. It was impossible to see through the smoke and rubble, he was trying to concentrate all of his energy into his hands but he couldn’t seem to make a spark. He didn’t want to yell because if there were more Larks nearby it would only draw them in, he was by himself.

As the game flowed on, layups, three pointers, and any basket you think of were raining like snow falling out of the sky. Players talking smack, coaches yelling at each other and parents steaming in fury over the performance of their children, especially mine. A major loss by 8, to the worst team in the league. When the game ended, my sister snatched me into the car and drove me home, in silence. I had no idea what was going on, I asked myself did someone just lose their bestfriend? As thoughts were running through my mind, I didn’t know what to think. I arrived at my house and just ran up into my room, avoiding all verbal contact.

A chuckle escaped her parted lips when she heard what Octavia had asked her. She licked her lips, pushed down on the bottom and began to speak. “It took some time for me to figure out what need to be done to get back down here, to the ground.” She paused, pulling the radio from her lips. Head tilting off to the side as a laugh escaped her lips. Octavia was probably the only living person left who knew that she was the one that wasted 3 months of oxygen and not Finn. She lifted the radio back to her mouth, “We are here now and ready to get you guys out. It might take use a while.” She mused. “But we will get you guys out of there.” She released the button, lowering the radio she sat it down on a pile of rubble. Dark hues stared at it as she

“Why don’t we stop here for tonight?” I offered, once I thought we would be safe enough at least for now, since the smoke was blowing away from us. Jess immediately sat down and took off her backpack, and I did the same.

“Steve!” Let's go! We don't have time for ice cream. “Yes, we do we just need to go through the shortcut way an well be fine, said Steve.” No, we won't but okay, Jo stated. As they were walking through the alley-way they heard a loud, crackling sound. “Steve, what is that?”Jo said. “I don't hear anything?” Said Steve. “Well, I do.” You go along ahead and go get your ice cream, i'll wait here. “Okay fine, said steve.”

Hundreds of passengers passed through each day, baggage in hand aggressively arguing their innocence. He dealt with them strictly. His angled nose, stiff facial features and intimidating nature fit perfectly with the intense atmosphere of the customs and quarantine unit.

As soon as the cry was made audible, the boy enabled his legs to take full control of him, and at once charged into the thick forest, towards direction of the cry. He zipped past numerous trees, some of which he’d never seen before, consequently leading to an apprehensive mind that distributed lies. He disposed of them continuously in order to keep up his momentum. At once there was another, more distressed wail that flooded the boy’s ears, and he felt a strange sensation start to rush through his body. His legs picked up speed, as the rough fingers of his hand curled into wrathful fists. The once abundant amount of trees slowly decreased, creating a clear path ahead, allowing the rich and tall grass to come into view.

"I love you,” she whispers as she watches her lover walk down the aisle towards the man she is paid to assassinate. Her heart begins to beat at a rapid pace, Abby pulls the gun out of her pocket and aims the gun at her best friends soon to be husband. She stood there shaking and anxious for what seemed to be hours until she came to her senses, realising she would never forgive herself for the horrific crime she was about the commit. She fled from the wedding, catching the first taxi she could see and headed towards Sherwood forest. She knew she had to keep a low profile for a few days as she could potentially be under attack from her boss; Marcus Omar and his hitmen.
