I’ve been working on this very disparate performance assessment for about a week. Throughout the assessment, I have observed or noticed a great amount of things. I have learned a large quantity of things from this assessment. First of all I had to analyze the selection in part one of the assessment and learn to note some of the key points in each selection. I have learned the power of perseverance, and how perseverance leads to successful. Without perseverance history wouldn’t be as significant as it is today. In part three I got the chance to research and choose an person who has show outstanding perseverance. I took pleasure into the fact that I got to choose who I research and wrote about instead of being enforced into one person. Though
There is a clear inconsistency in the claim that Performance Indicator (PI) offers significant profit uplift potential for golf ball manufacturers and the fact that no single manufacturer is yet to adopt the technology. This memo discusses the key arguments on why this is the case.
Looking at how I perform at an academic level, there is no surprise to anyone that I am among the top of my class, with hard work and dedication I have fought my way to the get the spot I currently hold. To get to the spot, many challenges had to be overcome and a lot of effort had to be put in. Along the way, I discovered this helped my development into the type of student I currently am.

During this evaluation, I have learned a lot about how others perceive me on a daily basis. It has helped me realize some major improvements I can make. One considerable weakness is my leadership skills. I tend to sit back and follow as others make the decisions for the group. Relating to that I also do not take much initiative or seek additional work. To be truthful, I think it just felt easier to follow someone else's direction. In the future, I am going to try and step up in group activities. Along with that I will volunteer to take over certain areas in school and at work.
I used verb tenses that shift when needed (as in when moving from a citation back to my own writing), deciding between active and passive voice where appropriate.
Throughout the country many school districts have made forced inclusion assessments to be incorporated into the teacher evaluation. The study of Cameron et al (2012) incorporates a direct performance assessment for both executive function and fine motor skills. Improving Assessment and Maximizing Student Impact: Based on the results of the assessment I would have the students provide examples instead of the definition. If I were to use this assessment again I would have the students use different materials to find the evidence to their answers. The students filled out their think sheets as we discussed each situation. This lesson and assessment were an introduction to natural disasters and emergencies, so it was completed in a whole group setting.
One tip to grade written responses quickly is sharing the workload (Brookhart, 1999). One summer, I teamed with a colleague to teach a course. During that semester, we shared the grading responsibilities. Once we realized how we could get grading done quicker together, we started sharing the grading for other courses throughout the year. However, we do have to be careful in maintaining fair grading. Although our exam items are problem-solving items with one final answer, this is where the guideline of detailed solutions with partial credit indicated for problem-solving items (Morrison, Ross, Kalman, & Kemp, 2013) will be helpful in the future.
In skilled nursing facilities, there are many factors that could cause bias in assessment results. Therapist-related, client-related, and external-related factors can all contribute to assessment results being bias.
Ineffective role performance related to insufficient support system as evidenced by the mother delaying decisions on healthcare (Doenges, 2016, p. 712-716).
Valarie was constantly involved in the national Dance Competitions and it became difficult for her to complete her project work. She had very minimal time to engage in the assigned work as she spent considerable time rehearsing thoroughly for the competitions. I offered myself to be assisting her to finish her assigned work, because I lucidly comprehended her inevitable predicaments. I willingly always assisted her, and I used to be handling for her the tough work, and leaving the easier ones for her so that she could finish and get ample time to rest. On the appointed that the results were to be released, I was very anxious and zealous, crossed my fingers hoping that we get a good mark though the work had been generally very ambiguous and tough. A number of groups of my colleagues and I talked and chanted amongst ourselves uneasily, attempting to get our minds off the main subject which was the results. “Your general performance in the end year English project is satisfactory. However, Jack and Willis have impressed a lot. Oh! Sorry, Valarie and Fence are the one with incredible and sterling performance! Please give them a round of applause.” We had scored the highest marks in the overall ranking. We felt pleased of our achievements. I could not believe it! Valarie and myself we indeed filled with great sense of
After receiving feedback from part one assessment I realized that I had included too many big ideas and need to focus on only four. So, after looking at all my big ideas I decided to narrow it down to two big ideas from values and attitudes along with two big ideas from knowledge and understanding.
This method evaluates a case report on various Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) models, that each criterion is fulfilled individually. It has an added advantage that it considers an alternative causative factor as a possibility and not just as a separate factor. Each case is assessed independently by different assessors and the evaluation depends on the assessor’s skills knowledge
