A negative news search revealed Adverse Information through a media report – Raytown Man Indicated for stealing $86,000.00 from Two Churches- the Nativity of Mary Church and Sacred Heart of Guadalupe from 2006 through 2013.

Terrance Bowens contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in person and via telephone several times in early November 2015, reference to a petit theft of two checks stolen out of his checkbook and uttering of forged instruments. He was advised what documentation was needed to initiate a report. On 11/17/2015, I received the documentation needed to initiate a report.
Mr. Perez and his wife Mrs. Perez are the current homeowners of 503 Treehouse Court in Fort Washington, Maryland. The home is utilized as a rental property and Mr. and Mrs. Perez serve as landlords. During the interview, Mr. Perez was asked to confirm the identity of Miya Ford via her a photo provided by the State of Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). He was also asked to confirm the rental property in question by identifying a photo of the house per Google Maps. Following the acknowledgement of Mrs. Ford and the rental property, Mr. Perez provided Investigators with some background information in regard to his former tenants Mrs. Ford, her husband, Gregory Raspberry and their children.
On 03/21/2018, SI Koval contacted Mr. SOY via phone at (928) 836-3655. Mr. SOY claimed that the address of record (AOR) 1026 N. Wedgewood Dr. Mesa, AZ 85203 is his current and correct address. However, Mr. SOY then stated that it was his friend’s address and that he has been away. When SI Koval questioned Mr. SOY further, he refused to provide additional information over the phone and requested to be emailed in order to verify it was the State of Arizona contacting him.
On Friday, February 17, 2017, at 1:19 p.m., the Investigator received an incoming phone call from Sergeant S. Flynn from the Palm Springs Police Department. He was returning the phone call in behalf of Sgt. Torres, who completed the recovery of the claimant's vessel and boat trailer. After reviewing the report, he specified that the trailer with the boat was found abandoned parked along the curb of Ranchero Road east of Compadre Road, in the City of Palm Springs. He stated no fingerprints were lifted due to the dirt accumulation and debris found on the vessel and the trailer. There were no witnesses or suspicious circumstances which would lead to any further follow-up investigation. As it stands, Sgt. Flynn indicated that no further investigation
On April 12, 2017, Detective Alvanerga contacted the alleged suspect Mr. Daniel Chavez on his cellular phone 202-422-7750. Detective Alvanerga explained to Mr. Chavez about the pending investigation regarding his 11 year old niece Karina Chavez-Ulloa. Mr. Chavez stated that he's out of town and unavailable to meet up with the undersigned detective. Mr. Chavez stated that he is coming back home on April 14. 2017, and agreed to meet up with the undersigned detective by approximately 1400 hours.

On 12/17/2015 at approximately 1:50pm the investigator received a phone call from Attorney Jeremy Puglia from the Law Firm Drake, Hileman and Davis located at 252 West Swamp Rd., Doylestown, Pa. 18901. Puglia explained he represents Salvatore Giaimo in his civil case with Mr. Courchain. Puglia further explained he wasn’t involved when the case first started, but started representing Giaimo after Courchain appealed the judge’s decision.

The first letter was received in early May 2016 and the second letter was received on June 30, 2016. The employee Kenneth Heinsius, believe the letters are authored by Todd Taylor Hawkins. Mr. Hawkins, a former employee terminated in 2013, was recently awarded at a monetary judgment against the City of LA. Shanise Black handled the case. On June 26, 2016, Mr. Heinsius's personal vehicle was vandalized with Silly String (see attache picture). He also observed strange vehicles with tinted windows parked outside his home.
