On 12/17/2015 at approximately 1:50pm the investigator received a phone call from Attorney Jeremy Puglia from the Law Firm Drake, Hileman and Davis located at 252 West Swamp Rd., Doylestown, Pa. 18901. Puglia explained he represents Salvatore Giaimo in his civil case with Mr. Courchain. Puglia further explained he wasn’t involved when the case first started, but started representing Giaimo after Courchain appealed the judge’s decision. Puglia stated the case is on hold at this time because Courchain has file for bankruptcy. Puglia couldn’t offer any further information on the case.

On April 18, 2017 at approximately 15:00am I, Investigator James Poffel was contacted by Officer Donnie Cox in reference to a sexual assault report that he was dispatched to at 1000 S 32nd St Apartment #220. Once on the scene, Officer Cox made contact with the victim, Mylania Billings.

Wednesday July 13th, 2016 I Detective L. Donegain 126 of the Fayetteville Police Department Homicide Unit received a phone call from Sergeant P. Orellano. I was advised of a deceased individual at 854 Rembrant Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina 283014. I responded to the residence, I arrived at approximately 6:05 p.m.
