KAUFMAN COUNTY MURDER TRIAL FOR ERIC WILLIAMS Former Justice of the Peace Eric Williams was accused of shooting and killing District Attorney Mike McLelland, Mike’s wife Cynthia, and Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse. Williams, who is 47 years old, was found guilty of stealing county computer monitors in 2012. McLelland and Hasse prosecuted Williams, that event caused him to lose his job as a judge and law license. Williams was set to take out the men that he blamed to have caused his downfall. On January 31, 2013, while walking to the courthouse in Kaufman County, Texas, Mark Hasse was shot and killed. Two months later, on the Saturday before Easter 2013, Mike and Cynthia McLelland were murdered in their home. The trial lasted three days. During those days, the jury heard from thirty witnesses as prosecutors detailed their case. The jury also heard a lot of evidence that pointed to Williams; from e-mails that Williams had sent from his own computer to a cartridge that was recovered from his storage unit. Carlos Deluna was an American man who was convicted of first degree murder. Carlos was executed by the state of Texas for the killing of a 24 year old woman at the Shamrock gas station. On November 3rd in Marksville, Lousisana a 6-year-old boy was shot to death by two marshals. His name was Jeremy Mardis, who is autistic, was shot five times in the head and chest who was sitting in the front seat of Chris Few, the Father, pickup truck. Chris was also struck by the marshal, but was said to be in fair conditions. The two marshals Norris Greenhouse Jr., 23, and Derrick Stafford, 32, were the two officers that shot around 13 to 18 rounds that led to Chris Few with losing his son Jeremy Mardis. This event led to an enormous discovery of problems in this small town of 5,500 residents.
Milagros Canjura was around seven months pregnant when found shot to death outside her Bay Shore home in Long Island, NY. The 31-year old rented an apartment with her husband (whom friends say was in jail) in the Stein Drive community (LINK 4). Family members say that Canjura was heading to work when the suspect parked right next to the home walked up to the car and opened fire. The victim’s body was found dumped on the beach. Officials say this is a retaliation hit from the gang MS-13 who had a reputed member murdered. Officials also state that this gang has a history of revenge killings involving family members.

Thirty-one years ago on Thursday, February 14, 1985, at about 2:00 a.m., Donna Jean Nichols was shot at very close range in the head, specifically behind the ear. In addition to the head, she was shot in the hand. The death of Nichols had nearly been instantaneous. Her body was found in a parking area along Brainerd road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The witness, Arlinza Mobley, was just gathering cardboard and boxes discarded from businesses when he came upon another car that had just turned the tail lights on and sped away. Once the car was gone, Mobley thought he noticed a pile of rags, which turned out to be Nichols’ body.
By the time the trial commenced, on September 19, 1955, Emmett Till's murder had become a source of outrage and indignation throughout the country. Because blacks and women were barred from serving jury duty. Bryant and Milam were tried before and all white, all male jury. In an act of extraordinary bravery, Moses Wright took the stand and identified Bryant and Milam as Till's kidnappers and killers. At the time, it was almost unheard of for blacks to openly accuse white men and women in court, and by doing so, Wright put his own life in grave danger. Despite the overwhelming evidence of the defendant's’ guilt and widespread pleas for justice from outside Mississippi, on September 23, the panel of white male jurors acquitted Bryant and Milam of all charges. On November 2, 2015, in Chicago, Il, a 9 year old boy named Tyshawn Lee who was said to be a “fun-loving child that enjoyed video games and basketball” (Christina Coleman) was lured into an alley where he was murdered. Tyshawn had been shot multiple times in the upper back and head”. It looked as though it had been just another random spray of bullets, or another missed target, however after some investigation; Authorities released information that the death of Tyshawn Lee was no accident. On the contrary this senseless murder was an act of retaliation of rival gang members. According to police Tyshawn Lee’s father was gang affiliated which consequently lead to the death of the young boy.
According to the FBI (2007) the Beltway Snipers was a series of random murders that had occurred around the Washington D.C. area during the month of October in 2002. The case was closely studied and investigated by the Montgomery County Police Department and was led by Chief Charles Moose with additional help from other government services such as the FBI. The identities of these two men were discovered due to clues that were purposely left behind by the perpetrators. Their names were John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo. During this time in history, these two names were known to strike fear in people’s hearts and make people think twice about going outside and continuing their regular day-to-day activities. In the end, both of Malvo and Muhammad were charged with life in prison, but Muhammad was also charged with the death penalty. Today, only Malvo is still alive and now realizes the wickedness of the crimes he committed. There was a shootout that went viral recently in Maryland and the information about it is now available for us to discuss. The young lad who was killed during the shootout is identified as Jason Hendrix who is 16 years old and was from Corbin, Kentucky. The Baltimore County Police officers, Maryland have been on a hunt to find this young lad who is a suspect of his parent’s and his 12 years old sisters’ death. Right from there his hunt was on for the cops of Maryland.

Just before midnight on July 4, 1969, Darlene Ferrin and Michael Mageau drove into the Blue Rock Springs Park in Vallejo, four miles from the Lake Herman Road murder site. A second car drove into the lot and parked alongside them but almost immediately drove away. Returning about 10 minutes later, this second car parked behind them. The driver of the second car then exited the vehicle, approaching the passenger side door of Ferrin's car, carrying a flashlight and a 9 mm Luger. The killer directed the flashlight into Mageau's and Ferrin's eyes before shooting at them, firing five times. Both victims were hit, and several bullets had passed through Mageau and into Ferrin. On December 24th, 2007 Joseph McEnroe and Michele Kristen, both 29, murdered six people with a .357 caliber magnum handgun. They shot and killed her parents, brother and his wife and their two children. The motive is believed to be money, her parents had requested they start paying rent on the trailer home they were living in (Green, 2014).
On December 15, 2000, 22-year-old Reginald and 20-year-old Jonathan Carr terrorized, robbed, and assaulted Heather Muller, Aaron Sander, Brad Heyka, Jason Befort, and a woman called HG with an unspeakable malice. The Carr brothers forced the five victims to undress and then began to beat the males with golf clubs while taking turns assaulting the females. The brothers then proceeded to force the five to empty their ATM accounts. After they had drained their victims’ bank accounts, the Carr brothers transported the victims to a frozen soccer field and then shot them down execution style. HG’s barrette deflected the bullet and saved her life. Sadly, she was the only survivor. She made her way through the bitter cold, naked, to get medical help and start the search for the killers.
