“In general, people under the age of majority … have fewer rights and responsibilities than adults. For example, you must be 18 to vote, enter into legal contracts, or purchase a lottery ticket in most states. But states, including Tennessee, also recognize that people under the age of majority still have to make certain decisions on their own, and may not benefit from a parent's consent.” (3)

Throughout the 2016 year you have readily accepted a variety of assignments in addition to your case load including: hotline assignments from other teams, response to legislative inquiries, class I rotation, priority 1 calls, courtesy face to face visits, completing a DA3a or DA3c when needed, and wellness checks for the REV Team. Aaron, you continue to accept the challenge of having new employees shadow you in the field and in the office. You also consistently respond to emails and phone calls from collateral contacts or department personnel in a timely manner. Aaron, this year you had the opportunity to take 3 weeks of vacation. You made sure your caseload was well under your control prior to departure and also met with your supervisor to review anything that might arise or require immediate assistance in your absence. Aaron, you have responded to several hotlines this year where you were met with frustration and anger from family members or friends in the RAs home. You have consistently remained calm and appropriately deescalated the situations in order to reach resolution and/or to obtain facts. Aaron, you also regularly keep the supervisor, ARMs, and RM apprised of significant issues surrounding your caseload. I am writing you to advise you of the motivation behind why I have not been going to class after the spring break. On vacation, I turned out to be sick and needed to go to the crisis room ...where I was determined and treated to have anti-infection agents. When I returned home from my outing. I turn out to be considerably more I'll, and needed to go to the ER with fever and other issue, that is the point at which they understand that I'm sensitive to the anti-microbial. I am including a letter from both doctor's facilities.
I would like to thank you for taking your time to read this letter and I am looking forward to hearing your response regarding taking this issue further overall.
I would like to respond to Mr. Pless’ and Mr. Buccheim’s letters of last week.
Client Contact: Ms. Steed came into the office to schedule a HV (Home Visit). The writer introduced herself to the client as her new Housing Specialist. The Housing Specialist then asked Ms. Steed when would she like to meet and she said that she would be available on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 9:30am. The client reported that she has just been hired at Barnes Jews Hospital in the housekeeping department. Ms. Steed said that she was very excited to start her new job. She also stated that she was interested in moving into a one or two bedroom apartment due to her sisters moving out of their three bedroom apartment. She expressed that the three bedroom apartment was too expense for just her to maintain. I told her that I would look into her possibly moving into a one or two bedroom apartment. I asked if there were any repair issues in her current apartment she stated that she didn’t have any home repair concerns at this time.
