The group can now ask questions regarding any part of the dream that was not explained clearly. When responding to the questions the dreamer should not try to explain anything that was not in the dream. At this time no associations or meanings should be considered or offered. The group should respect the fact that images in dreams are sometimes illogical, puzzling or make no sense to them. No attempt should be made to clarify something that defies additional clarification (Ullman, 2006). Examples of clarifying questions I used in my one-on one session include: Me: “How did you feel when you could not find a parking place?” Dreamer: “I felt frustrated and rushed”. Me: “Can you describe how the campus looked different than you remembered?”

The patient does not try to worry as much about any stressor in life. He simply deals with the failure, and keeps on moving forward. “Life goes on and know that I have something better to do with my life”, he replies. He tries not to let anything get in his way of trying to be successful. His failures are his lessons to knowledge of his life. Failure does not make him believe in what he cannot do but what he can push for a succeed in.
1) Yes, I do feel that a few of the questions that I am focused on are deep questions in my life. Before I started this class, I thought that I was pretty good at analyzing problems. Now, I realize that there are more steps in the way I should think through issues.

When I look at this questionnaire I see questions that can really tell you about a person and what they believe in. When the questions came up that I was unsure I looked to my faith. My family and my friends have helped me to grow not only in my faith but also as a person. One of the three highest scores I got was discovering your God given talents and I have noticed that I am looking and recognizing my talents that I was blessed with. I’m also trying to use the gifts to the best of my potential. I believe that God blessed me with the talent to become a teacher so I am studying to get my degree in education so that I may use my talent to teach students. The second highest score I received was the service which is being concerned for my community and taking action and I do think that I try to be concerned with any community that I may be living in that may mean when I’m in Salina living there for college or when I’m back home in Downs trying to make each of the communities to be a better place that may be helping or participating at a community event that may be taking place at
One client I came into contact today was an older male that was admitted to the ED for complaints of dizziness, fatigue, weakness, blurred vision and numbness on the left side of his body. As a response to the client’s symptoms the nurse checked his vitals, and performed an assessment with emphasis on the neurological exam. One of the assessment findings were that his left eye was slightly drooping, he had significant vision loss in his left eye, high blood pressure, and slight muscle weakness on his left hand. Concerned with the findings, the nurse reported the findings to the doctor and the physician was concerned that he might have had a stroke so her ordered a head CT-scan as a diagnostic tool to evaluate for conditions such as a stroke, trauma, tumor, or head injury.
In reading for this assignment, I noticed that one of the first points had to do with thinking critically. On pg 4 the author states “This means examining the assumptions that form the basis of our ideas and ways of behaving.” This point means that as products of our environment, we (those who make up society) must become more aware of all of the values, beliefs, and behaviors we have adopted or passed onto each other, and understand where it stems from. In the beginning, the text gives an example of the United States being based on a system of civil rights, and questioning the outcome of an alternative system: a society that instead values human rights. This is important because it shows how much our country emphasizes certain concepts over others.
From here, she confirms that the appraisal was not completed and summarizing the deposit agreement he will receive the refund minus the costs of the credit report.
Every sentient human being has the right to live with “human rights” because morally it is right and is a way of life, but there are various factors and occurrences that come in play, which can contradict “human rights”. There are many ways that sentient human beings can lose their so called ”human rights”. Some examples might that can have someone lose their rights is by murdering, kidnapping, sexual assault, and basically having the intent of sternly harming a human being. These types of criminal acts are ways one can and should lose their “human rights”, some laws implemented into the system, which deny “human rights” might not be considered equitable, but should be considered as a minor punishment to
1. What assumptions did you notice as you worked with the paper the second time around?
First of all, ask Questions. Be curious. Because Asking Questions is the most important thing in critical thinking. For example, I ask myself why the artist used a certain color, note that the colors are the emotional language. Secondly, I will choose. Avoid an emotional response. In critical thinking I have to think with my brain, not with my heart. If I let my heart involved in the process this will block vision, it will not help to see the truth about any kind of art. Thirdly, describe the object. I have to classify each piece of art. Colors, harmony of colors, lines, method of drawing and painting size. Everything in the painting I have to classify it. By this way it will be easier for me to process faster, more accurate and
One example is on how to lower the tone of my voice in the middle of a discussion when the recipients do not listen to explanations. How to help irate clients understand the dilemma in such a way situations should be avoided to be escalated into a higher authority. She had taught me how to resolve concerns in an orderly manner. Furthermore, she told me not to take problems personally.
