Fish Magic is a combination of a charming scene decorated with vibrant colors to make one of the most famous paintings. The painting by Paul Klee has evoked multiple emotions in the audience, as it has it is full of aura. The Fish Magic by Klee was completed during his prime years as an artist before he died of scleroderma. The painting has however remained to be one of the pieces which sparked the creativity of the painter and infused a different level of skills to create a new figure.

This event impacts the way Sage treats the people he is around, especially his sister Maddy, who was in the car with Isabel when it sunk into the river. Crayfish are crustaceans that are a part of the phylum arthropoda. Similar to the lobster, an organism within the same phylum, crayfish breathe via feathered gills. It is the use of these gills that allows oxygen uptake and thus the ability to survive in freshwater environments.

There are many risks associated with eating farm-raised salmon versus wild- caught salmon. One risk that farm raised salmon faces is contaminants that can lead to cancer. Farm raised salmon are placed in artificially made bodies of water such as ponds, lakes, and salt water and within these bodies of water, contaminants such as PCBs can be present. Cancer causing chemicals can be present in both the water, farm-raised salmon swims in, and the food they eat. Another risk with farm-raised salmon is the use of antibiotics in order to keep the fish healthy. This unknown amount of antibiotics used on the fish can lead to a resistance to the antibiotic used to kill the bacteria’s in both human and the salmon. Over time, people are able to develop their personalities and change the way they are towards others and themselves. In “Isabel Fish” by Julie Orringer, Sage is a temperamental teenager who has been unnecessarily mean to his younger sister, Maddy, ever since a car accident that killed his girlfriend. This accident, was a major turning point in his life because Sage had never experienced losing someone he cared about. Even though Sage is initially rude and insensitive towards his younger sister, once he realizes that his guilt from the car accident is affecting the way he treats others, he is able to see how he has been hurting Maddy and tries to earn her forgiveness in order to repair and strengthen their broken relationship.

What I learned from Lucky Fish by Aimee Nezhukumatathil was that all poetry has a sense of direction and growth. The first, second, and third sections of this collection have the direction of the home, the self, and parenthood, respectively. On the individual level, each poem is dynamic (so there is a change from beginning to end).

The executive producers, Judy Bart, Erica Khan and director Gabriela Cowperthwaite created this documentary to enhance the viewer’s knowledge of killer whale captivity at Sea land of the Pacific in Victoria, British Columbia and Sea World, Orlando. The documentary asks the audience to view the whales with sympathy because they are victims of a horrible up-bringing, the whale hunters as villains and the Sea World trainers oblivious to all that is happening around them. Primarily, aquaculture is fish or sea food farming and fish or sea food farming is aquaculture. Two key words make up the compound word-aquaculture. They are “aqua” and “culture”. Aqua is a Latin word which is being interpreted, water. Culture is the other word which means the cultivation of plants and animals, especially by scientific methods designed to improve stock or to produce new ones. Joining the meaning of the two words together, aquaculture will therefore mean the application of scientific methods in the cultivation of plants and animals in water environment thereby improving stock and producing more new ones or aquatic lives.
