Aripiprazole is a type of atypical antipsychotics that approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat irritability, conduct disorder as well as autism in young patients between 6 to 17 years old. According to Averna, D’Agati, & Vicari (2016), aripiprazole has an exclusive mechanism of action such as having a combination of partial agonism at the D2 and 5-HT1A receptors and antagonism at the 5-HT2A receptor. For that reason, it leads them to hypothesize the existence of a possible dose– effect relationship of aripiprazole in the treatment of DMDD (pp.149-150). The most common side effects of aripiprazole/abilify are nausea, headaches, abdominal pain, heartburn, and the serious side effects are irregular heart beat, tightening of neck muscles and throat, chest pain, confusion and etc.

In a study, 1,300 patients having mild dementia were grouped into two and given different kind of drugs. One group has been made to take the solanezumab drug and the other patients took a placebo. The trial which lasted for 18 months showed that patients under the solanezumab treatment experienced a 30% decline in memory loss.

Razadyne or Galantamine is an alkaloid drug used mainly in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. It works through the mechanism of reverse competitive inhibition of the enzyme called acetylcholinesterase, which prevents the breakdown of the correspondent substrate acetylcholine, an essential chemical for the processes of thinking and reasoning.

The prime reason for cerebral insufficiency is that it happens due to less supply of blood to the brain mainly caused by clogged blood vessels. Therefore a drug like Ginkgo Biloba can be of immense help as it ups the blood flow. AAMI is a totally different disease that can have its branch from Alzheimer's. Unfortunately AAMI treatment is not there as yet but since it is a condition of circulatory problems; therefore this herb could come in handy for its treatment.

Ginkgo Biloba is an herbal form of medicine and in Europe and The United States is one of the biggest sellers. Many traditional medicines contain Ginkgo and are used for enhancing memory and to treat circulatory disorders. Scientific studies all support and validate these claims. Newer evidence shows that Ginkgo might very well be effective in treating decreased blood flow to the brain, especially in the elderly. There are two types of chemicals in Ginkgo leaves, flavonoids and terpenoids, which are thought to have very strong antioxidant properties resulting in aiding those who have Alzheimer's disease.

The oldest classical music in Japan is Gagaku. This music was introduce from China through Buddhism when the diplomat of delegates was send to China to learn they culture. This was the Chinese court music that was introduce to japan using various instrument. Even though the Japanese imported the music, they used it primarily as banquet music.
