Films are a large part of our lives here in America where we depend on them to do when we’re bored with nothing to do, or when the snow or rain is falling. We all use movies as a common way to go on dates and be with friends. However, there has become an abundance amount of movies that we can all enjoy throughout our lives. Although not all movies are interesting to all viewers depending on their personality and what they like to watch. I can say for myself that a film that I really enjoy would be “Mean Girls”. In the two thousand four film “Mean Girls” there is a sense of entertainment that helps in combining all the aspects found in a classical film. The fictional character Will Hunting is an orphan so I will address his foster care parents in my paper. Will Hunting is a brilliant underachieving gifted student. As his foster care parents you need to realize he has learned to underachieve early in his academic because he has already mastered the material easily and he has not had to push himself to succeed academically (Ruff, Deborah, 2011). Will has never been placed in a nurturing environment so you will need to realize he uses his humor as a defense mechanism. If you learn to appreciate his humor you realize it is an extremely enjoyable part of his personality (Ruff, Deborah, 2011). He will need tons of emotional support because as a gifted child he experiences the world around him in a heightened state (Cross, Tracy, et al. 2018). You should be upfront with Will about his IQ and abilities this will lead him to better deal with his abilities (Ruff, Deborah, 2011). You will need to help him learn to prioritize to better help his gifts flourish and on the same hand you will also have to help him learn how to let go of things that are out of his control (Ruff, Deborah, 2011). Try to help Will pursue his math abilities and other things he finds extremely interesting (Ruff, Deborah, 2011).

In the movie, Good Will Hunting there is a character named Will, he is a janitor at MIT. Will has a difficult time blending in to the world he lives in. Will was caught solving math problems that a math professor’s students cannot even solve. This captures the professor’s attention. This professors name is Professor Lambeau.

1. What are your top 3 favorite films of all time?  Briefly describe why they’re your favorite.

In this essay I will be writing about how happiness to some extent can be achieved for the characters within the film but how the majority of aspects to the narrative cause both Jack and Ennis to be unhappy and how both are dually to blame for this. Despite some slight bursts of happiness within the film I will also be mentioning that although the two men’s desires working against each other to make them unhappy, the fact that Ennis represents the expectations and fears of 1960’s small town American society – the ultimate cause for the pair barely having a chance at happiness and who and what of each of the characters, situations and society is to blame.

A few months ago I fell in love with in of the most twisted, narcissistic, and mental illness provoked story I have seen in a good bit. This is a movie that may have you over-thinking everything you last discussed with your spouse.
