Thank God for spell check. Without spell check, everyone would know how absolutely hopeless I am at spelling. Instead, my words and opinions flow through my essays. Elementary schools used to have a major focus on handwriting and teaching the students how to write in cursive. There is a section on the SAT where each student has to write out a code of honorability in cursive. I sat there on the computer typing essays so I could finish my soft more year to graduate. I was on my very last essay when I noticed the time 11:55, I had until 12:10 to finish all my essays and get them turned in. So what did I do? Kicked it in to over drive. I began typing like a cheetah would hunt it's prey. I was determined to finish these essays if it took all I had. I glance at the clock again its 11:59 I think to myself its not enough time. So I begin typing faster ignoring my spelling and grammar mistakes. The clock strikes midnight and its like I can hear the bells tolling in my ear but then I realize its just my heartbeat.
