As Mike Singletary once said, “A player responds to a coach who has the best interest at heart.” This is true for me and the rest of my team whenever Greg Schwebach is coaching. He is an amazing person on and off the the field or court. The first time Greg ever coach me was in 5th grade football. l didn’t know what to expect. Over the season I grew to like him more and more. Finally by the end of the season I was glad to hear that he was going to coach our basketball team during basketball season. Basketball that year was just as good as Football. During basketball is when my dad and him started to hang out more and more. It came to be where he was over multiple times a week.
Then 6th grade rolled around and I began to learn more and more

Jeff Karpell was a standout outfielder for the Fairleigh Dickinson baseball program. His freshman campaign he posted the longest hit streak by reaching base safely in seven consecutive games. Karpell also led all freshmen in hitting with a .313 batting average. Karpell really stood out as a sophomore earning All-Northeast Conference honors with a .337 average, which put him 3rd on the team and 9th in the NEC. During his senior season Karpell threw out 9 base runners, which is good enough to put him first for most single season outfield assists. Karpell’s efforts are still shown in the FDU record books where he ranks: 7th in single season hits (64), 7th in triples (4), 3rd in runs batted in (59). Along with his single season achievements Karpell is also 7th in career batting average (.343), 7th in at bats (571), 5th in hits (196), 3rd in triples (9), and 2nd in RBIs (145).
So many Coaches have talent and dedication for what they do. I 'm proud to play for one that has a spectacular history of coaching. That coach is Dennis Lorio, who Graduated from LSU (Louisiana State University) with an economic degree and played baseball. “I love the intensity and the relationship in football” Coach Lorio explaining with a passionate expression. I can see it in his eyes that he is very dedicated and hardworking coach. As of now he is 62 years old and still willing to coach. “It’s not the same without coaching. The joy and the sorrow I feel during the season has been addicted to me. I’ve been in this game almost all my life and that is a very long time.”
Besides being entranced with the golden dome, “touchdown Jesus” also found a place in my heart. The Hesburgh Library is one of the most beautiful buildings on campus. It is appropriately named as well. Fr. Hesburgh was an influential leader on campus and throughout the world; he was an advocate for peace rather than violence. Under his tenure, the first female class was admitted into the university, and after serving as president, he was able to witness the first African-American valedictorian. I am sure a dream of Fr. Hesburgh was fulfilled on that spring day. Even after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed, he continued to fight for equality in housing, employment, and higher education for minorities. Hesburgh’s attitude toward equality
The Children of God also known as The Family began in the late 1960's, specifically 1968, in Huntington Beach, California . This “mission” was started by an unemployed evangelist named David Berg and his family. David Berg was a man who was very manipulative and convincing, and used these skills to convince members to join his cult. The main goal of his mission was to teach people to model their lifestyles after the first century Church, which consisted of living a simple lifestyle and devoting most of their time and resources to spread the Gospel. He based these goals off off the fact that he hated materialistic things and the de-Christianization of the modern society. David Berg used an authoritarian type of leadership over his members. He
Look at the person beside you, what do you think they had to do to get there? Jack Mandelbaum was a 15 year-old Jewish boy living in Gdynia, Poland in 1939. Now this was a really rough time to be known as a Jew, because of Hitler. To be known as a Jew meant you were less than everybody else. The special thing about Jack is that he survived seven different different concentration camps over the course of three years. That’s roughly almost two concentration camps per year. He was a teenager who survived seven concentration camps without any love and support from his family.
Robert Lehmkuhl's life changed forever the day he walked up to the house at 4600 Norwich Road with the white cross in front of it and knocked on the door. "As an out-of-state student at the University of Maryland, there was no housing for me in the fall of 1970, so I had to find my own way," he said.
Sports agents are used, by both athletes and coaches, to provide a buffer between the client and the prospective team. As one of their primary focus is to negotiate various contracts, many agents are attorneys as well. All agents must work with their athletes’ best interest in mind. Rosenhaus is a leader in the industry.
Where we are from, our own personal history contributes to who we are. Each of our own stories are unique and make up a part of ourselves. We all have a knowledge of our own, customs, traditions, a family, and a history.

It's hard to dispute that Scott Weiland was one of the signature voices of the 90s. During his long musical career, Weiland gained prominence not only due to his flamboyant behavior on the stage, but also due to being able to develop his vocal range in order to be able to give his songs that extra modicum of power.
In 1978 in Eagle River, Alaska, seven year old David Holthouse was raped in his own home by his seventeen year old neighbor. This even scarred David for life. He grew up to be a writer in the same vein as Hunter S. Thompson. David covered stories that ranged from, "living on the streets with gutter punks, staying awake for 72 hours straight with crystal meth addicts,[and] going undercover at neo-Nazi festivals." (Potter and Holthouse 32) David lived in Denver at the time and was the lead features writer at the Westword. When David learned his rapist had moved to the Denver area he began plotting his revenge. This vengeance never came to fruition but David's life journey to that point made for an amazing article published in the Westward called
If you were to focus on the main ideas of the shark attacks at the beach or reefs and do something about it, like put a certain type of magnet in the water that can overload the sharks senses, would you? That’s exactly what Eric Stroud did. When doing this he can protect us from sharks and sharks from us.
Franz Schubert was born on Vienna, Austria. Both his father and brother were musicians and teachers, so he had a very rigorous and early start in music; which came to his advantage. As a young man he studied with Salieri and became a teacher at his father’s school in 1814. In 1815, Schubert had his most prolific year with 145 compositions, including the famous Erlkönig. Now, Schubart was a composer as well as a poet. Die Forelle as well as An mein Klavier were both set to music by Schubert and happened to be the poet’s most famous pieces. Unlike Schubert, Schubart spent ten years of his life in prison due to insulting the mistress of a Duke. Most of his best works were written during this time from 1777-1787.
Arnold Schwarzenegger was born in Thal, Austria in 1947 in a strict Roman Catholic family. Schwarzenegger received beatings from his father on a regular basis, was miserable most of his childhood. Since the early age of 10, Schwarzenegger had dreamed of moving to America, or as he saw it “the land of opportunity”. Schwarzenegger had discovered that bodybuilding could help him move to the US. Schwarzenegger is one of the best sources of inspiration for immigrants everywhere. He moved to a foreign country all by himself, and not only survived, but also thrived, and became one of the most prominent figures of the 1990’s and early 2000’s.
