To start off I bet you are wondering why the frick I typed this letter, but you have to understand something...you would not have been able to read my handwritting. Anyways, nothing is going on much in this boring town as you already know. The weather has been more rain than sun, yet you know I enjoy that. Everyone has been pretty much the same just going through some late life changes like figuring out which friends are real and which ones they need to cut off. Do not get me wrong, but Steven Universe is on right now and pearl is singing it is becoming difficult to focus my attention LOL. Back to what I was saying nina and destiny are not friends anymore, lj and jaida have been dating for a while and its going strong actually. Kenny is still
The forest had gone.... and the Witch looked much younger. Audette opened her eyes and had found herself upon a brow of white lilies. The shape of the shrouded old woman seemed changed. Having turned around, and opened her mantle to the tearing gusts, Meliza revealed to the young lady two streams of shinging blackness and smooth white flesh. Audette stopped in her tracks.
The article “The Writing Revolution” by Peg Tyre is a piece which aims to address the problems in school systems often associated with the way in which writing is taught to students. Tyre’s article conveys the different arguments presented in the course of teaching writing to students, which have been shown to be on opposite sides of the creative and analytical spectrum. These different perspectives of how to build the foundation of writing for the children of America as well as other countries are backed similarly on both sides, though the debate still continues. “The Writing Revolution” instead of focusing on all aspects of writing, highlights the effectiveness of analytical fundamentals over that of creative writing in helping to

My mother woke me up early on a Monday morning, and told me something special was here for me. She brought me into the kitchen, I saw a big envelop on the kitchen table. The post said it was from Washington for Octavius Bellamy. When I got the invitation out of the envolpe there was this big golden sticker that kept the invitation together. The sticker had some fancy writting that said something. When I finally got the golden sticker to unattach from the invitation there was some blue cursive writting. As I read though the invitation my mouth was watery to see what the thing was.
I hope things are doing a little better for you there in California. I know that your visit is coming to an end and that you will be heading out in a few days. Things have been super busy over here. This morning they had a father and son car building event at the church and took David. It is like the boy scouts and it is making a car out of wood. Well, are car is not looking so good but we have three weeks to build it before they have the race. I will send you a picture of our final creation that will hopefully resemble a car when we get done with it. Caitlyn started school on Friday and I took her out to ice cream the night before to give her a pep talk for the new semester. Lastly, my Carla and I just got back from a nice dinner... we celebrated our two month wedding

Its 12:53 am and I am beyond exhausted. I am always am though, some days I question how I’m still functioning, I just got home from “Netflix and chill” with someone and while I most certainly didn’t want to sleep at their house, I’m feeling lonely. Oliver is with josh tonight so I really should be asleep, but just couldn’t, so thought id write to you. First off, let me say, I love your letters. I’ve worked out they take a week roughly from when you write them, till when I get them. So I somewhat expect which day they will arrive. Never have I ever been excited for my mail - most are bills. It makes me feel like a little girl. I don’t think ill ever get sick of writing to you. I have the ability to talk way too much, so I’m probably a good choice of pen pal, I’ll never run out of things to say but I feel like you knew this already. Not much of me has changed. :P
Today we traveled to a new location, meeting many interesting people. Emma and Addison have been talking on and on about how this is a bad idea, not that I don’t agree, but I want to see what we can find. Emma has been getting a little angry since we have not yet found the others, but when I comfort her she calms down. We have had many good talks and I hope we continue to communicate well. We have caught the trail of the hollows and currently have been following it through the heart of the dreaded city. Sharon has been taking us through secret tunnels all day and I am glad we can finally see the sky. We are all
I have always been into art, ever since I was put i to witness protection when I was four, there was a small art gallery near by our house and Id go there every day for daycare, I enjoyed looking at these masterpieces and one day decided I want my art to hand on a museum wall like that, I did get my wish. People stood in front of my masterpieces, amazing replications of raphael, picaso, even da vinchi, i had forged them all and taken the originals for my own gain.
In the book “The Creative Writer’s Craft” on page six they say “Note that freewriting is not composing or drafting or creating a wonderful work of art.” I disagree with them saying this. Yes freewriting isn’t always composing or drafting or creating a wonderful piece of art, but it can be sometimes. Some people free write and create wonderful pieces of art. The main reason I disagree with this is that freewriting is used to compose, draft, and make a wonderful piece of art sometimes. I know that I personally have used some of my freewrites and turned them into stories and drafts. They shouldn’t say that it’s not used for these things when people turn freewrites into these types of things everyday. Not everyone looks at their freewriting as
In the instant before the knife intrudes her skin, she remembers the happiness and how she ruined it with sadness. She thinks about how she distanced herself from them, the people that have been most important to her. The lies she told when she said she was fine and knowing she should have told the truth, that she wants to die. She remembers the memories of how happy she had been and how happy she made people, how she destroyed it. Thinking how much better it would be to end the pain she causes herself and others. Remembering be called crazy, awful awful crazy. She wishes this life of hers to end, to end the anger, to end the simple surviving. She wishes to feel something emotional, something more. She doesn’t feel like she knows she should, she doesn’t have enough emotion,
I knew I looked like a kid who had never been to the circus and walked around with my eyes open as wide as they could go with a mouth to match.
Plastered on the walls, engraved in our minds, the words sank deeper every time they were viewed by the hundreds of eyes forced to gaze upon them. An ear piercing ring sounded from the clock mounted in the square a monument once stood, and at once, almost like it was orchestrated, we turned and strode across the harbour towards their ageing homes with grocery bags pulling at their elbow sockets.
Many different aspects come into play when perfecting your penmanship. From an early age children are taught all the same way to write. As people get older the fine motor skills required for legible writing become better and tighter. When children expand out to cursive, the flow and distinctive marks become more visible and present. The penmanship of a person is as unique as a finger print (Carroll, 2003).
When I found it, there was a spider living inside. No fingers had touched it’s keys for who know how many years. There was not a single surface or crevice not covered in cobwebs and dust. Perhaps it was past it’s prime, old, dirty and forgotten. But even with it’s layers of grime and dust, I knew there were still stories it had yet to turn out. It has the comforting weight of real metal, of a durable construction, solid. What makes it truly solid though is not the metal it’s crafted from, but rather the countless stories it has no doubt crafted. The rubber platen seems smooth at first glance, but if you really look at it you’ll see that there are letters permanently imprinted within it’s rubber, many of them not mine. It’s a silent model, yet every key I hit sounds out the overly familiar clickety-clack.
