I know I haven't posted too much in recent months, but I promise I'm getting back into it. Getting prepared for college move-in day had me all wound up and all of my time was consumed by it. I hope you're all doing well! Now let's get into this post!

I hope you're school year is off to a great start of your school year. My third week of school at Chinquapin is now starting and it has been different VERY different from public school. There have been some adjustments that I’ve had to get use to like having 3-4 hours of homework every night and being away from home. However, from these two weeks I’ve learned a lot from doing chores and learning life skills to being in the classroom learning about the current events in Latin America.

Hi, how are you!? I hope that you had a wonderful Labor Day as summer comes to a close.

I am writing to you again, feeling like I haven't talked to you in a long time. I hope that you are well. How was Passover? I hope to hear that it was great. With me everything is fine, and the holiday brought a lot of color, songs and mainly lots of food. We also saw all the extended family. It gave the time to disconnect from the stressful routine for a bit, and thank God that we have these periods to get away from the busy daily pressures. I'm already beginning to smell the end of the studies, and it is another thing that brings me comfort and also pride. I am proud that I am finally graduating.

I hope your summer breaks are all treating you well and I would like to give you a few updates on plans for the fall semester. I would like to apologize for the length of the email!

To start off I bet you are wondering why the frick I typed this letter, but you have to understand something...you would not have been able to read my handwritting. Anyways, nothing is going on much in this boring town as you already know. The weather has been more rain than sun, yet you know I enjoy that. Everyone has been pretty much the same just going through some late life changes like figuring out which friends are real and which ones they need to cut off. Do not get me wrong, but Steven Universe is on right now and pearl is singing it is becoming difficult to focus my attention LOL. School is going well for both of us, thank you for giving me some insight on my report about manhood. I still have not shared it with the class, hopefully soon. I almost forgot to tell you, Sarah and I met two winos last week and they asked us to research the history of Sunday rest and the Sabbath, that’s how we got on the topic. I believe one of them, the one named Preach, is not really a wino, and I don’t think he is homeless, something is strange about him, but not in a bad way. We will keep you posted. Hi! So this is what has been going on during these past few weeks…Yes, I’ve been doing okay. Thanks for asking this morning! I’m a little stressed out (the most in my history class- which I’m not surprised). I’ve been trying to get around emailing you, and right now I’ve found the time. 

Everyone around the world celebrates their birthdays in a different way, yet many do not know much about the day they were born. As I began researching about all the things that have happened on my birthdate and year, I found various interesting facts. Some were not really intriguing, while others caught my attention. I have discovered many facts that occurred on May 1.

It is April 4th. It is my 21 birthday.21 years ago I was born and got named Thea. My mom Emily, dad James, sister Maddison, and brother Liam are coming over to celebrate my birthday. There are a few things I must do before they come.

My love story is full of sweet, bitter, sour, and salty feeling, but, in my mind, memories of the day that my husband left me alone in Viet Nam still engraved in my mind. The fear of losing someone I have treasured created a storm in my chest. Struggling with many obstacles, misunderstanding in communication, a storm in my husband’s chest appeared too.
