Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Harry potter and the prisoner of Azkaban is an excellent book. Out of ten stars I would rate this one an eight because it was to short. Once you get into it and finish it. It seems so short, because it is so interesting. Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban starts out with a bang. In the beginning Sirius black a Man accused of thirteen murders in one night escapes from Azkaban.( A wizard prison guarded to the tee by dementors, deadly spirits that feast on anything happy. Basically they suck the life out of you slowly until you go mad and lose sanity). Harry runs away on the same night and crosses the man without realizing it. Since Sirius is an ananamugus he is able to turn into a giant black

Question
What character can you relate to and why?
I think I can relate to Harry as well as everyone else can because the author gives Harry problems and attributes that everyone has. For instant Harry tries to be sneaky many times in the story.

Harry Potter is a fascinating tale of sorcerers, wands, broomsticks, dragons, and magic. The story begins with a young boy named Harry Potter who lives at number four Privit Drive, Surray, England. His journey begins after the death of his parents at the hands of the evil Lord Voldemort. Harry learns of his past and his future as a wizard from Hagrid, the keeper of keys and grounds at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He travels to Hogwarts where he learns spells and enchantments, makes new friends, finds enemies, and discovers fantastic secretes. J.K. Rowling weaves a web of impeccable storytelling with this critically acclaimed novel. In the tale of Harry Potter imagery, symbolism, and motif take central focus.
Harry is given a gift of a new broomstick during The Prisoner of Azkaban, and has no idea who it is from. At the end of the book, it is revealed that Sirius Black had gifted it to him. This shows the true spirit of devotion. It may be a minor part of the book but it helped Harry do a lot of things, like win his quidditch matches. At this time also, Sirius invites Harry to live with him since he is now a free man. Harry is excited to live with his godfather. There was no way HArry could go back to the Dursley’s household. Sirius could help Harry learn more magic and truly become a father figure for
The novel, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, has many themes that run throughout the novel. One of the many themes that the novel has is, occasional rebellion is necessary. For example, the main character Harry Potter, rides his broom when he's not allowed to, Harry enters forbidden rooms, and when Harry says you-know-whose-name out loud.
In this chapter we have a lot of biblical elements coming into play. We see Harry die, and go to a purgatory like place where he has to make a choice to keep living and fight or pass away and ride the train to Heaven. He chooses to live and fight, this choice of him coming back to life signifies him becoming the Christ like figure in the story. Another example that would allude to him being a Christ like figure is that Lord Voldemort has a snake with him almost all of the time. The snake is a big symbol of Satan, and Harry has to overcome the snake in order to become victorious. One more big point from How to Read Literature Like a Professor in this chapter of Harry Potter is never stand next to the hero. In the final battle scenes of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows we see almost all of our favorite characters die. This is all because J.K. Rowling decided they needed to die in order for Harry to progress as a character. In the final scenes we see Fred Weasley, Remus Lupin, and Tonks all die. This forces Harry to mature as a character as realize that the magic he once used as a child is dangerous, and that he needs to stop Lord Voldemort before more of his friends are
Albus Dumbledore offered me the wise insight that “it is the unknown we fear when we look upon death and darkness, nothing more” (Rowling 566). Although I enjoy reading a novel and questioning what the green light truly symbolizes, I have never enjoyed a book more than Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. The most enthralling aspect about this book, and every book of the series for that matter, is that every detail, every sentence, and every strange occurrence ended up having significance. With every sentence I was left wondering how it would somehow incorporate into the bigger picture. Each character had distinct qualities that I adored; these unique characterizations were what made the book magical. The romantic tension between Ron and
Harry Potter and The Cursed Child takes place nineteen years after the battle of Hogwarts, and if you’re familiar with the series, you know that that took place in the seventh book. This story takes place in a number of different settings, not all in the present, but our characters spend most of their time at or around the school of Hogwarts. Other settings include Godric’s Hollow (past and present), the Potter (and more) household, and Platform 9¾, the train station that takes the students to Hogwarts.
I started out as someone who didn’t read very many books other than picture books. I wasn’t into novels, mostly because they just seemed to drone on for a while. However, that changed when I was 9 years old and when I was encouraged to read Harry Potter. It had took a little bit of coaxing, because I remembered watching the movie when I was little, and for some reason I was scared of it, but I’m not sure why I was so scared. When I had actually read the book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone was the first novel I read all the way without getting bored, and I loved it so much as a child. The fantasy world filled with magic and terrifying creatures simply astounded me when I read, and I just wanted to keep coming back for more. I would go
Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian and J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows are both fantasy adventure books, set in modern times. Cultural and historic references are found throughout both novels, which appeals to older readers, for example, the reader is shown the antagonists obsession with power, and how they both resemble Hitler and his followers. Although, only mature readers would pick up on these references, this is an important point. Despite these mature references, both novels are more centred towards adolescents’ due to the inclusion of humour, adolescent characters and easily understood language. However, the novels also contain adult themes, possibly due to the authors intending for the audience

Harry Potter and Voldemort, aka Tom Marvolo Riddle, are both very powerful wizards destined to fight each other. However, one of these famous characters is much more hated than the other. They both had hardships in their life, and they both handled it differently. These wizards had many differences and similarities in the aspects of their childhood, adult life, and power.
Have you ever read the Harry Potter series? I bade you to read the Harry Potter series. I have three reasons why you should read the novel, and they are: if you like magic, if you like wizards and witches, if you like suspense, then read the Harry Potter series. However, if you haven’t read the series, here is a brief description of the first book of the novel: “The Fantasy Novel, ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’, By J.K. Rowling is about a boy named Harry Potter who was a one year old that was left on the doorstep of his mother’s sister’s house, (Petunia Dursley). His Aunt and her husband, Vernon Dursley, accepted Harry. Eleven years later Harry Potter receives a letter from one of the best schools of Witchcraft and Wizardry named Hogwarts, a school for magic people. When Harry finds out he is a wizard, he sets off for Hogwarts, where he finds that he is very famous because of his lightning shaped scar and his great Quidditch skills. He also meets many kind people and his very first best friends, named Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. Harry, Ron, and Hermione survive all the way to the end of the novel, where they discover that the Sorcerer’s Stone is about to be stolen, so Harry Ron, and Hermione try to save the stone. Finally Harry Potter alone reaches the stone where he meets the thief of the stone, the Dark Lord. There he most importantly finds a path he must take later in the series to overtake the Dark Lord, if he could survive his destiny.” After reading
When people watch or think of their favorite movie, they don’t usually sit and analyze the underlying philosophical themes within them. However, in reality, understanding the philosophical ideas is an important aspect if someone wants to perceive the movie as a whole. So why do people not catch these important aspects within their “favorite” movies? There could be many reasons, but the two most prominent are that the viewers lack philosophical knowledge or the directors disguise these issues so well they’re almost impossible to notice. One of my favorite films, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, contains many hidden philosophical themes I never detected in a multitude of previous viewings. Although the movie contains multiple philosophical ideas, the most significantly recurring philosophical theme is that there is strength within a community and in our relationships with others. Furthermore, it is important to understand that our relationships with others can ultimately determine our choices.
The main character in the book I read was Harry Potter. He is rather skinny, has dark brown hair and bight green eyes and glasses. He also has a scar in the middle of his forehead in the shape of a lightning bolt. Ron Weasly, Harry’s friend, has red hair and brown eyes big lips and
