Helper Rank Research Paper

Being staff is very inportant to me. I love helping out on the server as much as I can. I would love to be staff because I can be on so much. I love to help people with whatever they need help with. I love managing the server and helping other people with their problems. I understand I just joined this server, and people may not think I know a lot of stuff, but I do. Right now I am staff on another server (Trial Mod, the rank before mod) and I love helping out on there. But just because I am staff on there, doesn't mean I can't be active on here. So what if I dont get accepted as staff, because I still am going to play on this server as much as possible and I will continue to help people and chip in on problems and situations.

Why do you want to become a staff member?:As I've said earlier I wan't to become staff because I enjoy it, I love making friendships with other staff and also with players. Some friendships you make with staff are some really close and bond able friendships, You are always talking and asking each other for advice or help. It's something you can't get as well as if you are just a player. Also I want to become staff because I really want to rid the server of hackers. i can be opn the server 6/7 days a week normally for 6-8 hours. Sometimes less because I am on summer, but then again sometimes more, because I am on summer.I understand I wouldn't be able to play but I think being staff would be something I would really enjoy and to help me gain experience for the real world, This would be a bigger step for me but I think I could handle it. I think that being staff on here would give me experience for a real job and to give me people skills. I think another reason I want to be staff is because I am a dedicated person and I do everything to the best of my ability, I will be getting up to 6 hours per day, If not more, and I will be on atleast 6 days a week.

I am a good builder but I am not the best, I would not pursue any building projects but I am confident in my abilities to help out any players on the server and make their experience the best it could be. I also love to help other players out with their problems such as commands. Also I can help with my knowledge about commands, plugins and ideas that could be implemented to make the experience for players even better. I enjoy to talk to other players just to see if they need any help. Also I know about most of the hacks and cheats in the game so I am able to make sure that no one is abusing by using hacked clients. When it comes to punishing people I follow what upper staff members feel is right. But I also am able to take the initiative and find a proper punishment. I also would enjoy being a great role model for players the would want to become a staff member or just to be a good person in its self. I feel that if you are a staff member players should be able to come to you with their problems without having to wait. There should always be a helper that like to kick back and watch the community to make sure everything is running smooth. If I would receive a Helper rank I would insure that I do not abuse my powers but also to make sure other staff members don't abuse their power either. Being a Helper and Staff member is not a rank it is a privilege that the owner and other staff members feel

I understand well that being a Staff means serious business so when a matter is at hand i will take care of it I'm an easy-going and laid back type of person who can get along with anyone overall I think I could create a better environment without as many hackers or toxic players as being staff I am also very active on the forums I have always wanted to apply for staff but I knew I was not mature enough yet but I finally am and I am more than willing to help this community in any way I can I know this sounds really cheesy But I really do love Maplecraft and I hate to see how the community has turned out So if i get accepted as helper i will be dedicating all of my time to the

The reason what makes me a worthwhile helper is that, i can help people on a daily basis and when someone has a question i answer it immediately to the person in need of help. I also know that becoming a staff member is going to be hard and it has a lot of responsibility meaning if i do something and i think that i am ready to take that responsibility.

Why should you be chosen as a staff member? I should be chosen as staff because I got lot of experience that could benefit the server greatly. Such as favorable suggestions, player guidelines and much more! As a staff member, I know favoritism is a massive issue in many large communities. However, you shouldn't worry about me doing that. I am very familiar with all the commands that I would need to use whilst I was moderating on the servers on the network. I will be an active member of the community. I feel becoming a staff member would improve my activeness even more as I have a responsibility to do for the server. I want to keep the Faithful community clear and free of hackers that may join the server. I do not like the people that are racist and If I got staff I would make sure no one is being racist in chat. You can trust me with this role as I said before, I am a very trustworthy player and I would not abuse any power I would be given, for myself or for my friends. Why do you want this rank? I love this server so much, and would really like to be apart of its higher ranked community. I want this rank cause I want to be apart of something on minecraft. This server has so much potential in it, and the community is so strongly bonded. I would like to be accepted as a role as a helper. I have had previous experience as staff. I have been helper on a couple of servers and admin on couple servers, but sadly all of those servers have went down to financial reasons. Now I would love to share my talents and experiences on OPCraft.

One of the main reasons I would like to become a staff member is i have enjoyed my time on Retronix and I am making a decision to spend all of my time in the future to help it grow and get more players on. I enjoy playing and helping others i have a very creative mind, another reason why I would be a good staff member is that i understand people and I don't dictate people if they're good or bad, they can always talk/chat and I am here to talk to them and i never push players away. If someone has a problem or needs help I am always willing to help. Another thing is that I am very active and witness a load of action which do not follow the basic server rules.

•Im a very active player and I play everyday without fail, I can play between 3-4 hours on a weekend or during school holidays, but after school I can play between 1.5 - 2 hours everyday
