Over the holiday break, I did lots of fun things. I spent time with family, I hung out with friends, and I went to Branson. I really enjoyed the break and had tons of fun!
For Christmas, we always meet up with my dad’s side of the family the Saturday before Christmas and they all come over to my house. We ate dinner with them and opened up presents. On Christmas Eve morning, my family and I went to my church for a candlelight service. That night we also went to the candlelight service at Immanuel Baptist Church to meet up with some friends and family. After Immanuel’s candlelight service was over I went to my great grandmother’s house to eat dinner and open presents with some of my family members. When that was over, I went back over to my
I can’t believe my first college semester is almost over. Key word is “almost” because the weeks following thanksgiving break will be critical for me. Even though it’s almost over, I must finish strong. I wouldn’t want all my hard work to go to waste. All the A’s that I earned so far must remain A’s for me in order for me to be happy with my academic performance. These next 3 weeks are going to be hectic, but also relaxing.
I'm doing well and I had a relaxing Thanksgiving break. I hope your break was good as well.
During Thanksgiving Break this year, I went to Flagstaff, Arizona. That was the best memory because I can’t choose one specific one! :) I had so much fun in Arizona, and this is what I did.
People who play one day fantasy football to win know they have to get the basic
What I did over the break was I went to Lubbock and visited my family. After we went to Lubbock we went back home the 3 days later and we celebrated Christmas at my house to.So for the rest of the week we just stayed home. And all I did that week was played on my new Ps4 that I got for Christmas. Also we went to six flags on Saturday I got to bring some of my friend's with me and after we went to six flags we went to the movies and watch the new movie Jumanji.
For a college student, there’s no feeling quite like the joy of heading home for Thanksgiving break (1-Archetypes). Sure, Christmas break is longer and definitely has more presents, but Thanksgiving break is at just the perfect time in the middle of the semester; right before the chaos of finals and right when the agony of missing home is starting to become unbearable. I definitely felt this way during my first semester away from home. The days leading up to the break were full of exciting jitters and anticipation. Finally, just a day before classes officially let out for the break, my mom and brother pulled up to my dorm after their nine-hour drive to Alpine, Texas, ready to pack me up and haul me back to Houston.
What did I do over winter break? I did so many fun things these past two weeks. I went to the mall with my friend, then he came over to my house, and he gave me a Christmas present.
Spring break was for an adventure for me. I did lots of stuff from playing games and watching netflix to camping and exploring. On my first few days of spring break, I just slept in and watched netflix. I personally liked how it started out, i wasn't waking up tired and i was at full power when i woke up. The shows i watched on netflix where walking dead and the OA. Later on in the break i decided to rewatch all the Harry Potter movies and that was one of my favorite part of the break. It took me about 2 to 3 days to watch all 8 movies. After Harry Potter I watched other movies but i mostly Played games like Rocket League and Fortnite. On the last week of spring break i planed last minute camping and sleeping over with my friends in the backyard.
For spring break, I went to the airshow and we brought out the family to go and see it. My family and I enjoyed seeing the air show that day. I also went out many times and walked my dog, which was pretty relaxing and went out for a jog. My other family came over and hung out a few times to be together and made food as well. I had track practice a few times and made me more active and felt better about myself, it was tiring but it was a great way to start my day on a daily basis. I had some of my spare time and got to draw many drawings over spring break because it’s what I like doing the most. Meanwhile my parents would work, I would have to babysit my two younger siblings and they were a pain sometimes but I would find a way to calm them
Mr. Miller, I just want to make sure that you have the correct names of the student who will stay on campus during thanksgiving break. The first list I sent you was correct; However, after the list was sent to you, more students inform me that they will remain on for thanksgiving break. Here is the following students who will stay on campus during the break. Once again, I do apologize for the delay. Should you have any question or concerns, please feel free to contact me. I hope to hear from thee soon.
During winter break, I didn't do a lot of things although I did spend my time wisely enough to do the things that I was planned to do during the break. Most of the time that I have was for family, and some extra time for games. Since my older brother came back one week before my final, I did have a lot of times having fun with him and my parent. My older brother did stayed with me the whole break, and he left on Saturday to go back to UCLA, which was two days before I came back to school. I think that my break was great, and I didn't do a lot of things, but I think that I did achieve all of my goals for the winter break. My best part of the break was when me and my family walking down the street of San Francisco, and during that trip I got
the fist thing i did on Christmas break was go to my uncles house to have a new years party.we had finger foods ping pong, and lots and lots of chicken nuggets. Are family is really competitive so we went up stairs and payed q tennis challenge at first it was 2v2's then it was 1v1's the it was family vs family.if someone lost they would be really mad and throw a fit that they lost.Mos to f the people were really out of it at the party.
My winter break was very interesting because we traveled much more than we normally do. This is because we went to the ASU game in El Paso, which was special because we almost never travel outside of Arizona or New Mexico. For Christmas, we opened presents. I got a drone with a camera and a robotics kit. The next day, we left town to visit our grandma and grandpa in Duncan AZ. Most of our family was there and we had Tamales and Chiles for dinner, which tasted great, even though we are not of Hispanic ancestry. I got out my drone, but I didn’t have much time to fly it because the day was fading away from us because of arriving late. We slept at our grandparents’ house for the night. The day after that, I flew my drone a bit more and then we
The first thing I did over the break was golfing. I got some new golf clubs for my birthday so I got to use them when I went golfing with my family on Monday and we had a great time. We golfed at Rolling Hills Country Club. I didn’t shoot that good but it was a great way to spend a nice day off of school.
Over Spring break, I did a few exciting things. I took a trip to a different part of Georgia
