He was a big kid and Sandy didn’t want to ask him to move so he reached around his back and accidentally touched him and he turned around. He asked what he wanted and he Sandy said a magazine. The kid, a red head, pushed him and knocked down a rack. The store manager got mad and kicked Sandy out of the store and the kids were out there also. The kids had a lot of candy and magazines. One of the kids gave Sandy a magazine that he tried to look at and the kid said “your not so bad”. They hung out a while then went to an abandoned shed. They started smoking a cigar and they asked Sandy if he wanted some. Sandy said no. So one kid got up and pushed him. He hit him and Sandy knocked the table over and there were candles on it. He started running home. The next morning the cops showed up at Sandy’s apartment. They wanted to talk to him about last night. He started telling the officer about the kids and what they did. The officer responded “the old man in the apartment saw a kid running from the shed with a raiders baseball cap on”. Not really anyone wears those around. He went to juvenile court and spoke out. After that, Sandy went home and he ended up on being on probation with his probation officer. Sandy had to do a mandatory 20 hours of community service. The officer, Officer Richards, told him about his brother. He owns a baseball team. He told him about it and he thought if Sandy was good enough he could coach the team along with the

Good Friday, 1973, Kemper planned on waiting for his mother to come home from a party, but accidently fell asleep. He was awakened by the sound of his mother in another room. He then entered her room to find her sitting in bed reading a paperback book. She saw him walk in and said, “I suppose you’re going to want to sit up all night and talk now,” to which he replied, “No, good night,” and beat her to death with a claw hammer. He decapitated her then used her head for sex and a dart board. Once he was done with her, he called her friend, Sally Hallett, over to the house. Upon arrival Kemper strangled her and left the scene and evidence behind. The entire time Kemper was planning and performing the murder of his mom, the memories of the abuse, humiliation, and unfairness that his mother had left him were stuck in his head. His mother had left a permanent scar on young Kemper’s ego which led to his horrific murders.

Diallo ended up being shot and killed

On October 17, 2015, Michael Santiago, a Chicago father, was jailed after his 6-year-old son accidentally shot his 3-year-old brother. While Santiago was at work, their grandfather, Israel LaSalle, was at their house watching them until Santiago arrived back. While the grandfather was upstairs, the boys were downstairs playing “cops and robbers” when all of a sudden the 6-year-old grabbed a gun that was on top of the refrigerator, wrapped in pajamas, and shot his younger brother, Eian, in the head. Immediately, LaSalle ran downstairs and rushed the boy to the hospital that was located across the street. However, in spite of the efforts, Eian’s wounds were too great and he died at the hospital. Michael Santiago, faces felony child endangerment charges. Police say that Santiago “confessed to purchasing the weapon illegally from a gang member. He told authorities he kept it for protection”.

Facts: Sam Joseph Ancio had been married for 25 years to his wife. His wife had left the matrimonial home and was living with a friend named Kurely. Ancio phoned his wife and asked her to meet him, he had told her that he was afraid that their son was about to commit suicide. However, she refused to meet up with him. That same evening Ancio broke in to other friends house stealing three handguns and went off to Kurely’s apartment, breaking the glass to the front door.
