Make sure to look over your things so you won’t have to keep looking at the board or notecards it's hard doing that while giving eye contact. If you keep looking at the board it may sound like you are just reading so you would want to get familiar with your presentation so it would show that you really took your time and effort to put together. Not going too fast breathing in and out you would be ok and avoid mistake you want to have a briefly summarize so won’t have to read off the page you would already know the information. Be yourself and bring any props that go with your topic and dress the part with neat and clean clothes making sure you look relax. Know how to give a good ending point with a powerful fact and have a certain time limit you don’t want to be up there forever or go overtime so time yourself.
