Here is my sacred space, Carlin Park, which is located in my hometown, Jupiter, Florida! The park features tennis courts where I often practice, a running trail, a delicious restaurant, and of course beautiful beach access to Juno Beach. You can spend an entire day here and never get bored, although many people simply set up a picnic at the many picnic tables or just relax. This place is sacred to me because whenever my life got hectic, I knew I could pack up my car and head over to Carlin Park and spend a couple hours at the beach to clear my head. Screaming and running toward our fans from joy knowing that we were known as the 2A Soccer Champions. As I yanked the plaque from a teammate I glanced at the brown plaque carved deeply “2A Champions 2012”. Rising it up and same time showing the plaque to my mother, who saw this incredible soccer match, I knew that she was really proud of me. All the tough practices and sacrifice we, as a team, did pay it off on the soccer final match against our opponent the Dixon “Dukes”.

My hometown of Rochester Hills is widely known as one of the best cities in the country. Our city is known for its breathtaking parks, gorgeous shopping centers, and fancy cars. Football games, parades, and fireworks allow the community to gather and socialize. Our public education system is unrivaled, and Rochester students do hot dream of attending college; they expect to. The community is always engaged in football games, parades, and fireworks.

The ravishing and majestic gates of Saga Park stood right before my eyes, like it was showing its beauty to the residents of our neighborhood. Instantly, my two reeking feet took off and...
