Cheer for me was always my escape from everything. It was my comfort zone. Ever since I was little growing up watching TV I always saw cheerleaders on TV and said I was going to be one when I grew up. So when I got to highschool and I had the opportunity to join the team I did. Freshmen year was when I absolutly fell in love with it. There’s nothing like having a place to go during the day where you feel absolutely safe and at peace. Cheer has taught me so much about myself. It's taught me patience it's taught me kindness as well as compassion and many other things. From my coach to all the girls on my team they have always been there for me through thick and thin. Even though we argue fuss and fight we always have eachothers backs in the end.
I am thankful for my dad. My dad makes me breakfast. He takes me hunting so i can get deer jerky. He also lets me drive his truck when we are at the hunting club. He teaches me all about cars, houses, and about tools. But that is not all my dad does for me.
Everything he does, is for us. The biggest thing my dad has done for me is provide me with the opportunity to go to college. At 19 years old, working a dead end waitress job, there was no way I was going to be able to pay for college. Financial aid was not an option and
My dad supports me in everything that I do. He comes to my cross country and track meets and my basketball games. He gives me tips and pointers on how to do better in sports, school, and life. This summer my cross country team participated in a Ragnar Relay run. The course was 202.8 miles- from Winona to St. Paul, Minnesota. My dad came along and encouraged and supported us along the way. He is like a coach. I know my dad will always have my back.
Being Thankful I am thankful for a lot of things. I had another chance at a happy and safe life when my country was filled with fear and war. My parents sent me to catholic school to give me a good education, and most importantly I have two loving parents who support me on all my decisions and give me immense love. I am thankful of that. As much as I have things going in my life that I am not happy with, I’m still thankful for everything that my parents have done to protect me and my sister and keep us happy.
He was like my second dad to me. I have been alive 9 years and nothing so tragic had happened to me. Even if i would not see him perfectly fine the next day I will never forget that moment. I wondered if i will ever see him again alive. That moment my mom told me my papa was having surgery was one of the worst
My father is the most special person in my life. He is a very intelligent and kind-hearted man. He runs his own business, and he works hard to support our family financially and emotionally. Although he is busy with work, he manages to make time for me and family. Every day, he takes out time for me to acknowledge my daily life and makes jokes that bring a smile to my face. My father has always been there for me at moments of joy and times of hardship. No matter how terrible the situation might seem, he always can look at the positive aspects of the situation and says, “Stay positive. Be happy. Don’t let the negativity ruin your day!” Therefore, whenever I face struggles and weaknesses, I remind myself that I am strong and live for the day.
It is important to be thankful because people need to understand how good we have it compared to other kids. We also need to show gratitude. We need to live with more passion because it makes us a better person. I am grateful about friends family and good food and people who make the food and cheese. Grateful!
My dad has always been my biggest motivator and the reason for growing up the way I did. We had a very tight relationship; I was definitely a "daddy's girl." I always wanted to be around him, he was someone I looked up to when I was younger. I always looked at him like he was so much more
Even if we haven't grown out of our clothes my dad always works to get us new ones. When ever we worry about the price of something my dad says "Don't worry about the price I'll pay for it". When ever we have to travel far for sports he gets hotel rooms so we can get a good rest before the tournament. My dad works so many extra hours to make me happy and give us a good time.
Who is someone you are thankful for having in your life and why are you thankful for them? I am thankful for my dad because he does a lot of nice things for me. One reason why I am thankful for my dad is because he is cool. Another reason why I am thankful for my dad is because he is funny. The final reason why I am thankful for my dad is because he is helpful. Those are some of the reasons why I am thankful for my dad.
Without my father in my life, I would not have had the motivation to push forward with my goals and aspirations that I have had in my
D Is For Dad One of the most important person in my life is my dad Daniel Ognean. He is a very intelligent, kind-hearted man. I admire my dad because even though he has a stressful job, he manages to make time to spend time with my family. My dad
In my opinion, I feel like my mother and father do to much for me. My mother, she's always taking me to hang out with friends, even if she doesn't like the people I'm going to be hanging out with. She takes me out to have mother daughter days; and lastly she hangs out with me when I'm alone, I have no one to talk to; or even heartbroken about something. My father, he does so much, he may come home from work upset. But at the end of the day, he makes everything work out. He makes time to hang out with the family and take break from work. I'm very grateful to have a father that loves me, and can take the time out of his day or take off work to hang out with the family and not get home from work and go right to bed. My father, offers me to go hunting with him and to go shopping. My father
When asked who was the most influential person in my life without any hesitation I knew it was my father. My father has impacted my life greatly and has helped me become the person I am today. He has helped me in many ways; he pushes me to be the
