Customers: Intel provides to its customers with information in regards to the business and supplying them with finished goods. Intel releases from 10-Q and 10-K to the general masses, displaying the reports of Intel’s income statement and balance sheet in comparison to its previous report, the risks the company faces, as well as other key information about Intel’s business activities. The 10-K report also discusses “a complete picture of the microprocessors, including measurement, operation and usage” (Boros, Boros, 2012). Providing accurate annual reports to the customers allows them to see the progress as well as the regress of the business. This not only displays the business’s corporate social responsibility, but it also will provide information to the customers. Providing the information can also generate awareness to potential stakeholders and customers, and subsequently increase the numbers of business’s partnership opportunities, as well as sales of goods.
Intel also ensures that there are frequent communications with Intel and the distributers and the businesses. Intel conducts regular check-ups with their retail and wholesale clients to ensure that the product remains available for customer to access to their goods. Similarly, Intel would have relationship management with its existing business clients.
