From a food and beverage manager's perspective - What are the important characteristics and procedures of a food and beverage establishment in relation to its size, type, market, design, planning and organization? Understanding the importance of procedures that are needed for effective business transaction between consumer and suppliers are meet to a professional standard no matter the size and type of business done. The concern with the importance of characteristics in relation to size and type of a food and beverage operation, is that the establishment attention is focused on improving the operations performances so that it is successful. The awareness of customer satisfaction is reflected through the establishment effectiveness in marketing segmentation on factors such as service, customer demand, facilities, diversification, and location for it operation. The implementation of marketing segmentation standards is informative to businesses as it helps analysis the financial and nonfinancial information to make decisions to complete objectives of that to the establishment (Peršić, Janković & Poldurgovac, 2012). According to Dent (1996) says that information guides establishment to achieve certain results to make better decision to improve and develop the business.
