It was reported that District Attorney General Stowe had blamed TBI and other law enforcement agencies of misconduct. The Boston Bombing occurred during the Boston Marathon in Massachusetts on April 15th, 2013 near the finish line of the marathon. There were two bombs that went off at the end of the race course. Furthermore, such a taskforce offers a platform for visibility to top management, and personal agenda may interfere with the group’ effectiveness and success.
