There was yellow caution tape encompassing the main focus; the dead body covered in a black bag. The breathing room was full of investigators. Scrutinizing the body position and examining the blood splatter along the wall. One can tell what the investigators were thinking,”How did this man die?” and “Who killed this name?” The difference between those investigators and me was that I know what happened and who committed the crime, I was there. The rapid forward motion and the fast pull back of the sword left a massive blood trail. Blood traveled eight feet high in the air and poured down quickly on the floor. The blood was very bright red. The image is still vivid in my mind as I try to forget. It was a rainstorm except with fresh blood. The …show more content…
You created hell in my world as you threaten my wife that you would murder her if she told anyone and to force my children for slaves for your ostentatious lifestyle. Hell be with you, you sinful coward. HELL BE WITH YOU!” Those were the fiery and intense worlds that rushed out of the man's mouth. As the aggressor processed once again what the man had done, I saw him get even more angry. The attack pulled out his sword again and stabbed the slowly decaying man one, two, three, so many times I lost count. I’ve been seen anyone be so brutal. I can hear the attacker clench his teeth and scream with anger. The entry wounds on the now dead man were endless. It was not a murder anymore, it was overkill. It was satanic. Out of frustration and fatigueness the aggressor threw the sword besides the body and fell on his knees. I was scared and confused on what to do. The aggressor had greatly suffered because of this man and I’ve seen him around town and he didn’t disclose anything to anyone. He did kill a man on the other side and justice will take place of the dead man. I stuck in between reporting to the authorities what this individual has done or keep it a secret for his peace. I glanced one last time at
was associated with the death. The bodies were being taken away for autopsy as he took in the scene.
On October 13th, 1982, at approximately 1:15 a.m. the neighbors of Queenie Volupides had reported that Queenie tore out of the house after an argument with her husband, Arthur. She quickly got in her Mustang convertible and sped away. Queenie stated that she went to the couple’s country club for a party that was going on to celebrate the opening of the new golfing range. But I believe this was just the beginning of her scheme. I affirm that Queenie has murdered her husband Arthur. (Claim)
While investigations were going on to determine how victims died, there was a discovery of fibers on the victims’ bodies. The goal of the investigator was to determine if any fibers in Wayne Williams home or person matched those fibers found on the victims. Williams denied killing

This caught my attention right away and hooked me in. Along with being a topic I was quite interested in (reference to last nonfiction book report), the first two sentences got me wondering. What could be told from a murdered person’s body? I already had a lot of background information from research and watching shows on mystery and homicide but this question led to a million answers. Some answers were cause of death, manner of death. time of death, weapon used, etc, all of which were related because this was sparked from the thought of a dead person and my ideas. From this, I read on to determine what could be told from an expert’s point of view.
The blood looked like it was coming out of Ms. Garcia's head and there was a table lying by her head as well. There were some pills and a syringe lying by Ms. Garcia´s stomach area. Additionally, there were tennis shoes with footprints on them and some white powder was found at the crime scene as well. The team then analyzed all of the evidence to figure out Ms.Garcia's manner and cause of death. The analysis of each evidence took the team one step closer to finding out how exactly Ms. Garcia
On February 9, 2011, at approximately 7:15 AM, I, GBI Special Agent Abigail Wilkes, arrived at 293 Stone Road to process a crime scene involving two deaths. When I arrived, the crime scene was secured with yellow tape. I met with Deputy Sheriff Ray Chandler. Chandler told me that the two victims, Steve Campbell and Sherry Campbell, had two gunshot wounds each. Sherry Campbell died in the master bedroom of the residence, but emergency medical services (EMS) took Steve Campbell from the scene. Chandler informed that the EMS personnel entered the residence through the front door and placed Steve Campbell on a stretcher. Steve Campbell 's injuries created a blood drip trail when he was transported to the ambulance. The drip trail began in the master bedroom, went through the hallway, out of the front door, and into the yard of the residence. Steve Campbell died on the way to the hospital.
This is an attempt to unravel the tangle by an objective and empirical examination of information from crime scene and post mortem examination of the victims. Pre-digested information such as speculative newspaper reports, and statements from witnesses other than those called in a professional capacity have been avoided since theirs is largely subjective testimony that confounds more than it informs.
Abstract There are many times in the world today where evil will bear its ugly face. Society has to prepare itself for such a battle with evil when the time comes. All too often when one confronts an evil situation, there tends to be bloodshed. This paper will attempt to explain what excusable homicide is and how it is utilized in the world today.
When the investigators arrived at the primary crime scene they surveyed the scene. Some of the first few observations the investigator noted was the victim’s body in rigor mortis, two bullet cartridges, and gunshot residue. The investigators were able to find ID inside the house and matched the victim to the resident of the apartment. The victim is Claire Evans, 28, and daughter of a wealthy business man. The investigators saw the cup lying next to the body and the cup on the table and their is a theory that the person who killed Ms. Evans
On 11/21/2016, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. I had the North Wichita Police Department (WPD) on my car radio and they were looking for a black male wearing all black clothes with red shoes. The black male was wanted for a domestic violence incident. I heard over the radio that WPD requested Officer Gable #152 to help locate the individual.
He produced numerous, knives, tongs, and saws from the cabinets to his left and right. Many of his instruments were doused in fresh crimson fluids and had heavy signs of use. He removed my clothes, folding them into a nice neat pile, placing them on a countertop to his right. I felt the first incision, a fine line being carved vertically across my chest, peeling back the skin. Next he used a fine-tooth saw to cut through my sternum. It wasn’t until he cracked my ribs open, that the futility of the situation took effect. The pain was excruciating, I began to scream and thrash around on the bench, kicking his instruments of torture. “Shhh, shhh, shh,” he said, placing a dirty wet rag over my mouth. My vision blurred, as I watching my exposed heart beat, blood pulsating from my chest, over my bare skin, down onto the stone floor. I slipped into a warm
On Sunday, November 5, 2017 at approximately 7:26 AM, I, Officer Raul Marrero and Ryan Holroyd were dispatched to 820 SE 9th Ct, in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Dispatch advised of a white Pontiac car that was parked in the driveway. The complainant/homeowner, James Robert Caves Sr., didn 't know who the vehicle belonged to.
The storyteller goes to great lengths to conceal the murder. First, he dismembers the body, collecting the blood in the bathtub so that there would be no blood stains anywhere. He then buries the body parts under the planks on the floorboards in such a way that "no human eye--not even his--could have detected anything wrong." The storyteller says this
I stood between the two bodies, looking into their lifeless, glassy eyes. Crimson blood pooled around their stiff bodies. More blood ran down the blade of the knife I clutched in my hand, gathering at the point and slowly dripping on my leg. What had he done?
