The reporter stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling sent a 15 year old boy that Briana wanted to go to homecoming with text messages about her breast. The reporter also stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling dropped Briana off at a party she was not invited to because the host did not want to deal with her mother. The reporter stated Briana knew the owners of the home and she was not injured or harm while attending the party. On 9-17-17, the unknown male child's grandmother Faye; asked me to look at the child back. The child's left shoulder blade had a scar. On April 19th of this year, the CPS received a call from PCC, reporting that the grandma and mom were arguing. The child Jayven also reported that great grandma threw him up against the wall and hit him twice and mad his nose bleed. Per collateral, Ronny has a hx of violent behavior including pulling knives on people and stabbing. According to his OP psychiatrist, Diana Havill, MD, Ronny pulled a knife on a pregnant woman. He also have a history of self-harm including attempted hanging. Patient is cooperative during admission, and answered all questions. On 04/05/16, the victim came to school wearing pants with holes in them. Cryterious told his teacher he was home alone when the bus driver dropped him off on 04/04/16; the bus driver stated someone was at the home and had to help him inside. Ms. Stewart goes on vacations often and leaves the victim in the care of his older sister and younger brother. REPORTER: The reporter/Counselor (Marilyn) called with concerns for the victim, Jerrik. The reporter said the victim came to school late today (8/28/2015), but he was fine. According to Marilyn, the victim was messing with his arms and the teacher (Tabitha) asked the child “what was wrong”, and the victim had bruises on both of his upper arms. The bruises “looked like finger prints” (were not dark marks). Tony is 39 years old. He is very manipulative and charming, but struggles with substance abuse issues. Tony has a history of incarceration and hospital stays. As a child he didn’t have the best upbringing. Tony suffered from substance abuse, anger issues, and PTSD from when he was a child.

Caseworker Jessica, spoke with Ja’Kevion on 10/19/17, and he said that he was on punishment for 3 months because his sister did not have on panties and he was falsely accused of pulling her panties down.
