What seemed like a normal day for Jeff Stanley, but little did he know there would be a terrorist attack. He went to work in the south tower when all the sudden there was an explosion at the north tower. He rushed to help others out when they got ordered to evacuate. Twenty minutes later, as he was helping others out he sees a plane heading right for the window. Glass shattered and went everywhere scratching Jeff on the face and arm. The exit he was helping people out of got blocked and Jeff needed to find a new one while there were people trapped and hurt. It was Tuesday morning when Wright and his coworkers felt an “earthquake” when they were inside the men’s room. He then opened the door and was surprised by the fire gushing into the building. Phones were ringing, as the counselors began watching the news to follow what was happening when suddenly, a second plane flew into the neighboring tower.
It was a quiet spring day that turned into a day of tragedy, loss, and sadness. It was April 19th, 1995. The employees at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building were going about their daily business not knowing what would happen, it was 9:02 in the morning when it all had happened. The explosives went off and within seconds the whole entire federal building was in crumbles on the ground. Everyone was in shock of what had just happened, they wanted answers over who would have done this to innocent people. Timothy Mcveigh and Terry Nichols were very mad at the government for a couple reasons which led them to destroying the federal building.
As the 9/11 attacks were happening millions of people’s eyes couldn't leave the t.v. screens they all thought only that it couldn’t be real. The assistant fire chief was talking with his men after he had his coffee when what he thought was a t.v. show came on but soon found out the terrorists hijacked a plane and crashed it. Many of the first responders were busy treating smoke inhalation when the first plane struck its target, but many others waited for their broken bones and bad burns to be treated. The emergency responders do these things every day, protect other people from getting hurt by these types of things.the noises around them was the hardest things to see happen what he heard was pain and death.

Sergeant McLoughlin assigns many of the officers to assist in a precautionary evacuation attempt of the North Tower and they board a Metropolitan Transit Authority bus. When they arrive at the World Trade Center, they realize the extent of the disaster, and see one of the victims jump out of the towers to certain death. The men proceed to get safety equipment from Building 5 and enter the concourse between the towers.
