I believe that he experienced racism. He looked and acted like a Black man would and he saw how racist the south can be. He experienced the racism on the bus when the man wouldn't let them off to use the restroom. He saw how dangerous white men can be to blacks. he saw how frustrating it is to be black to the point of tears.

Born to parents who had a strong dedication to their faith, Granville Oral Roberts was born near Ada, Oklahoma. His father preached the gospel and established Pentecostal Holiness Churches, and his mother prayed for the sick and led people to Christ. The family was poor, and his father was a farmer while he pastored a church. While Roberts was in his mother’s womb, she dedicated him to the Lord. He was born with a severe stutter, but she continually told him that he would be healed and speak to multitudes.
Anthony Rabon is an amputee from Aynor, SC. He is a firm believer in faith and says everything happens for a reason. He lost his left leg during a four wheeler accident. It was 2:30am about 50-100 including two of his cousins. Out in the field in Aynor and they all were riding around until it was time to go home. Anthony had three separate ways to go home but he chose his way and it ended with him being hit by a drunk driver who also had drug in his system coming around a curve. The driver got thrown out of his truck resulting in him dying but Anthony lost a lot of blood and had to get eleven pint of blood in him they could not save his leg it had to get cut off.
He felt that people should be treated equally, no matter what color their skin
He was very receptive of the racial division that was present among American laborers. Very specifically, he noticed the exclusion of African Americans in the work force. After
wrote a very well planned out speech for the specific occasion he was speaking at. He made his speech on August 28th 1963, a time where racism was ravaging especially in the south. However, being the man he was, he bravely stood up in front the nation’s capitol and spoke his mind. He had such eloquence when he wrote this because it flows so well.
Georgia Douglas Johnson was an important female poet of her time. Her writing career first began in 1916. She was inspired to write by a poet named William Stanley. She’s written over 200 poems and she’s well known for her four volumes of poetry which are, The Heart of a Woman, Bronze , An Autumn Love Cycle, and Share My World. The themes of her poems often followed those of isolation or women empowerment. She was often criticized by other writers such as, W.E.B Du Bois, Gloria Hull for her different technique of writing. Georgia Douglas Johnson however won many awards for her poetry, despite the thoughts of others.
He saw the levels of incarceration, and the lynchings, and spoke about them. However, he recognized the extra level of discrimination that was faced by black women. “The most disrespected woman in America, is the black woman. The most un-protected person in America is the black woman. The most neglected person in America, is the black woman” (Who Taught You To Hate Yourself).

Father Robert John Thomas Maguire was born in Thornbury on 14 September 1934 worked as an Australian Roman Catholic priest and also worked as a community. From 1973–2012, Maguire was the parish priest of Saints Peter and Paul church in South Melbourne. Commonly known as Father Bob, Maguire was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 1989 "for service to homeless youth through the Open Family Foundation". When he was a little boy, his dad was an alcoholic and spent all of their money on drinks. They were really poor and hungry. I chose this person because he started with nothing. Not a very good education, not a very good reputation, and not much money. Now he makes a positive influence on people in similar situations.
If you would ask me now who my favorite artist was people might guess Laura Osnes or Sierra Boggess, while I find those two to be amazing artist they aren’t my role model. My role model is Jeremy Jordan, after attending Finding Neverland at the American Repertory Theatre in Boston I wanted to know more about Jeremy. I started listening to other shows he was in and fell in love with the characters he portrayed. After going through all of his broadway career I started watching some of the movies he’s been in. I began watching this one “Joyful Noise” as the movie went on I learned that one of the characters had a diagnosis of Aspergers like myself. As a negro in the 19th and 20th centuries, her realized that he held a low position within society. While he knew what people thoughht of him, he also knew that by virtue of his education he was not entirely a “problem”. To the whites he was known as a taken good person within black society.

Griffin McNamara or Griffin Memenamara is well known for his hilarious memes and jokes about random things like cells. HIs current motto is high speed low drag although I don’t completely understand it knowing him it’s an inside joke with his friends like Andy Bricker and Lewis. His typical outfit usually consists of sports shorts and a t-shirt, but in the winter his shorts swich out out for jeans and he adds a jacket on top of his t-shirt. Other than that he wears formal wear which is most likely a button up shirt with a pair of khakis. Outside of school he plays football and just does whatever he does. John Clare was an English poet who became known for his nature and farm labor themed poetry, and for his unique interpretation of his mental illness into his poetry. He was often referred to as the “peasant poet” and gained attention with his books of poetry, although his later books failed. He kept trying for success for as long as he lived, but sadly his death was the thing that got him true recognition. John Clares struggles and sickness made him the poet that he was.
