To start with, Rocco Rameirez a crazy person, whenever you walk past him he growls his teeth at you expecting you to think that that’s his smile. Although crazy he has a dreadful personality due to his stealing of drugs and although the jail has dead mice in it and you have to share a cell with 10 other people he still enjoys being in it. As you can see he has a rocky personality in him but the way he looks doesn’t make him look like any nicer of a person. Tattoo’s printed around his biceps/arms with scars of blue and some green greasy liquid over it, it also stretches down the entire arm starting by his large biceps. Generally speaking, his scars are there because he usually tries to escape the police but doesn’t manage to accomplish that.
In his youth Japes was affectionately referred to as J P. For some unknown reason he was the only one in a brood of five that was blessed with a nickname; it had no real consequences and sometimes it was just easier to yell out these two consonants rather than use his full name. Most likely this was the reason as his parents constantly attempted to keep him “out of trouble”.
