O.J. Simpson was the killer. All of the evidence in this trail pointed to him, but he could not be proven guilty. In the trial of O.J. Simpson, he was found not guilty of the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. The court case of O.J. Simpson was a very controversial case in its time. It was a controversial case mainly because of the interference from the media. The media gave their opinions on the case and became so involved that it began to sway the opinions of the jurors and people who watched the case. There were also many other factors in how the case gained its popularity. O.J Simpson could not be proven guilty because of multiple errors by the prosecuting side and a bad presentation of evidence. The following will explain O.J. Simpson’s life, his murder trial, the problems with the case, and all of the events that came after his initial murder trial.

Dred Scott, an enslaved African American from Virginia, worked most of his life on a cotton plantation in Alabama owned by Army surgeon, Dr. John Emerson. Scott went along with his owners to Illinois and later out to the Wisconsin Territory, where the act of slavery was illegal. Later on, the family moved back to Missouri where the doctor eventually died. After this experience, Dred Scott, with the help of antislavery lawyers and his old owners, filed for his freedom. Scott felt that he was a free man due to him once living in a free area for four years. Years passed until one fateful day when Scott’s case reached the Supreme Court.

The victims were targeted because they were a wealthy family and the two men planned to steal from the house and run away without harming anyone. But, on the early morning of July 23, 2007 the two men arrived to the Petit family home and as they arrived they found William Petit, father, sleeping on the porch in a couch. One of the men beat Mr. Petit with a baseball that they had found in the yard of the home, after he was beaten the two men took him to the basement of the house and held him at gunpoint. The wife and the two daughters were locked in each of their rooms. The two men found little money inside the home and they were not happy about it, so they threaten Jennifer Hawk-Petit, wife, to get money from the bank after they saw the bank book had an available balance. Mrs. Hawk-Petit withdrew $15,000.00 from her line of credit and she told the bank teller of her circumstances. Then, the bank employee call the police to informed them of the situation. After, the two men and Mrs. Hawk-Petit arrived at the home one of the men, Joshua Komisarjevsky, sexually attacked and strangled the eleven year old,

We are Schuetter, Tuttle, and Keldsen. The verdict to this case is simple. Ozie Powell did not take part in the rape, and will be declared innocent. The state brought forward prostitutes Victoria Price and Ruby Bates, along with Price’s boyfriend, Lester Carter. Carter is an unreliable source. He will be completely biased toward the women, especially his girlfriend, Bates. He lied for the benefit of them. Also, there is inconsistency between Price and Bate’s answers. Price stated that she did know who raped her, and recognized the group of black boys, while Bates did not recognize or remember any of the group. The police also did not complete a thorough investigation. The police arrested every young black male on the train, assuming that they all partook in the rape, when that is really not true. No one raped the women. According to Dr. Bridges, a certified doctor, the semen was non-motile. This means that the women lied about the case. There is absolutely no evidence that the women got raped. The women were never raped. They were just trying to frame the men. It is ostensible that through our extensive investigation, we have revealed an abundant quantity of reasons and a plethora of vigorous auxiliary evidence to authenticate the innocence of the defendant, Ozie Powell. PER REPORTER: Rebekah stated that it was brought to her attention before and during court that an incident took place while Bralen was in custody. She stated that Judge Elise Deano told her that she needs to make the report. The incident took place in the care of Ruthie Mitchell. She stated that the unknown foster child that was also in the home pint Bralen down behind coach, and he pushed his legs over his head. Rebekah stated that she assumes that he turned him into a pretzel. She also stated that Ruthie laughed and did not say anything. She also stated that Bralen was very upsetl about the incident.

The reporter said Leannah never took the child to the doctor. The reporter spoke with mom about the allegations against Chris, and she “beat her head into the ground and kicked her teeth out”. The reporter said mom continues to bring the children around Chris, even after what she told her (unknown when). Also, Chris “whoops” both of the children (unknown when), and it is unknown if there were visible marks or bruises. There were no details given. Adrian Peterson turned himself in for abusing his four year old son on Saturday September thirteenth. Peterson was charged with child abuse. Adrian Peterson can face up to two years in a state jail and a one thousand dollar fine. Majority poll says Adrian Peterson should be benched until the case is resolved.

Orenthal James “O.J” Simpson was an African-American male suspect in the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ron Goldman. They were both found stabbed to death outside Nicole’s condominium in the Brentwood area in Los Angeles. After failing to turn himself in on June 17, he became a victim of a low-speed pursuit in a white Ford Bronco SUV. He was then arrested and sent to trial on October 3, 1995, were the jury’s verdict was “not guilty” for the two murders.

Caseworker Jessica, spoke with Ja’Kevion on 10/19/17, and he said that he was on punishment for 3 months because his sister did not have on panties and he was falsely accused of pulling her panties down. Reporter visited the family on 11/16/17 and mom (Marion) informed stated that Ja’Kevion was messing with his sister and brother. Mom told the reporter she went into the living room and Ja’Kevion was at the table. She had left her daughter in the room and when she went back to the room she notice the cover looked messed up and it was high. She pulled the cover back and her daughter panties and pants were pulled down. Mom asked the child why her clothes were down and she did not want to admit what happen to her. It took her a while to answer and she said Ja’Kevion pulled her clothes down and he was messing with her. Reporter
