A toddler in Virginia Beach, Virginia was recently reported missing. Twenty minutes after she was reported missing, she was found in a neighbor's pool. She died in the hospital a short time later. Kevin Dillard was the person who found the little girl in his pool. He did not know the girl. Even though he did not know the girl personally, he was devastated by her death. Kevin was so distraught that he tore down his pool the day after the girl's death. There has been a picture posted of Kevin in front of the pool. He is kneeling down in the photo, and he appears to be crying. Kristen Zels, who is a local photographer, took the picture. The age and the name of the girl have not been released.
