Does your class have a tiny, fluffy or scaly, slimy pet? Because all classes should have class pets, they can learn about the animals that they have.
Responsibility
Also so kid have a responsibility to feed and clean the pet . All kids should wash their hands before they pet,or hold,or touch even, the pet and then wash their hands again after.
Learning
Having a class pet can increase the knowledge of life science it depends on what pet they have. The pets they have should only be small animal like hamster, quail, chicken, lizard, fish, duck, and if they want they can have insects. All photos at the bottom.
Also the students will be excited for the pets. It can also teach math ( how much dose a hamster weigh?) science (
Interactive programs where students can complete a scavenger hunt throughout the zoo learning the facts about the different animals, a live lesson with a few educational animals like birds, snakes, and owls. Role play theater where students will be asked to act like concern animals.
Third graders will become zoologists, understanding the various habitats where animals live. They will research a specific habitat and identify necessary environmental factors for the survival of a chosen animal. Analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources, students will create a triorama that represents the animal's habitat and perform a public service announcement advocating for the habitat's preservation.
Reinforce knowledge: As a class, students will watch and sing the video “pet shop counting” the class will watch this video two-three times, as this demonstrates visual images of matching number to same amount of objects.
Students observe and record some of the structures of a crustacean, the crayfish, and compare it to other organisms. They establish a feeding and maintenance schedule for the organisms. Students investigate crayfish behavior and map where the crayfish spend time within their habitat. Through readings, organism cards, and a video, students learn about adaptations of organisms in different environments. Students engage in an outdoor simulation activity to explore food chains.
Put all the blocks on the table or ground. Invite the students over. I will tell them that they will be building a house for a Dog today. Ask them what they think they will be using to build the house. Tell them that they will be using play dough and blocks. Clarify that pretend is not real. We can pretend to cook at the play kitchen or pretend to be a dog. Explain that mice cannot really build a house with blocks and clay. This is just pretending and the Dog they are using in their activity is pretend only. Ask the children what they like to pretend to be or do when they grow up.
Children should learn and respect where their food comes from, one of the best ways to do this is to have a life lab installed. Life lab would be a sound and interesting addition to our middle school because it would help kids learn about where their food comes from and show them how to cook a few things, how to garden and how to work as a team to achieve the desired result.
There is a reason people say dogs are a man’s best friend. When I was younger, I was always afraid that some “bad guy” would break into my house. This fear caused me to have nightmares and lose sleep. Then I got a dog and I felt so much safer! Right now there is a case going to the Supreme Court to decide if service dogs should be allowed in schools. Service dogs should be allowed in schools because they help people with disabilities, they provide comfort to people, and because dogs are frequently used in fields of medicine. If I found comfort with a dog, so can students with disabilities.
In my opinion I think that that rule should be a rule still because service animals help a lot with people with troubles or disabilities. To prove this argument some proof is that these animals help in many different ways and also how would they do what they do without them.
will also be great for teachers. now that kids are doing there work they will
In addition having a pet at home improve kids School attendance because they have better overall health and have less sickness and non pet owners. Dogs also make stressful situation easier to handle for kids. Finally dogs help children improve their reading ability a lot of children don't like to read out loud to people because they are afraid of messing up. But studies show reading out loud to dogs help the children's reading level and reading capability because dog don't judge if you messed up while you are reading. In conclusion a dog is a very important feature in a child's life.
A high school class, Veterinary science. It is located at my high school, and it is one of the classes that I am taking. I have this class once every other day, and only on the weekdays. All the students that are in my agriculture class can access it. I have two Agriculture classes, but I will only be reviewing my veterinary science class. I have had an Agriculture class since Freshman year, and I am in FFA from this class. My genre for my subject is a high school classroom. Agriculture is a good high school class, lessons that students can carry for life, with a teacher to teach the students lessons they can carry for life, and a hands on classroom.
It is already known that cats are very clean animals. They clean them selves by their tongues. They clean them selves using sands. Also cats clean their children. You do not need to clean them, just depend on them to make themselves clean. As cats do
Pets. Pets are frequent in homes all over the world, but should they be allowed in schools? They are many different points of view on this subject but, many parents, teachers and kids believe that “pets are only a distraction and that is to hard for kids to care for a pet” but actually they are quite the opposite. Pets in the classroom believe it or not teach kids good skills and lets children benefit from interacting with these pets. Because of these reasons I think that pets should be allowed in classrooms.
pets when they are eating or sleeping, and they must be gentle when they are petting/touching their pet. If
My students will create their own Natures Notebook out of donated notebooks given to the school or I will provide them given the income status and if the student’s families can afford one. I will start the Natures Notebook with a PowerPoint describing what the project is, how it will be graded weekly and why it is important. For the observations, we will take 20 minutes at the beginning of class to go outside and observe, write what we observe and in the class that will lead us into our unique lesson plan for the day. At the end of the lesson, students will have 5 minutes to make a prediction for the next day.
