Knowledge is an intangible asset for any organization, composed of both a tacit and explicit aspects that are developed in a continuum throughout the life of a organization (Nonaka, Krogh, 2009). This process can serve as; a competitive advantage, creator a superior financial value, enhancer of creativity, developer of novel products or techniques, or functioning as a transformational vector inside a corporation. Being a collective and individual activity working through socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization (Nonaka, Takeuchi, 1999), tacit and explicit knowledge are merging and interacting in the development of organizational knowledge creation (Nonaka and Krogh, 2009). Complementing this social process is the theory elaborated by Hofstede (1980) regarding the cultural dimensions of respective national culture influencing the behaviours of individual and group inside organizations. Based initially on four principles later enhanced with a fifth element detailed as follows, power distance (PDI), individualism/collectivism (IDV), uncertainty avoidance (UAI), masculinity/femininity (MAS), and long-term orientation (LTO). Those have been studied in a horde of diverse contexts and analysed in a multiplicity of different angles. For the purpose of this study and to avoid a theoretical dispersion in the realm of this complex and vast theory only two aspects have been retained to be the central emphasis of the exploration. Power distance (PDI) and individualism (IDV) were recollected to evaluate their impact on the process of knowledge transfer (KT) within the cohort of young Chinese people born after 1980.
