The Position

A Leadership Consultant is a member in good standing who is employed by the Fraternity under the direct supervision of the Chairman of Field Representatives and the direction of the Director of Chapters and Fraternity Executive Director. Leadership Consultants provide advice, support and resources to chapters and advisers and serve as a link to the Fraternity as a whole. A consultant may visit as many as 30 chapters during an academic year.

 The highest personal standards.
 A professional image in-person and online, and serve in the best interests of the Fraternity.

2–Jan. 2: Work from home (conference calls, visit reports and visit preparation)
Jan. 2–April 29: Chapter visits and year-end evaluation at Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters

The Compensation

As Leadership Consultants are employees of the Fraternity, they are paid in accordance with our standard payroll procedures.

During the Associate Council Seminar June 22–24, Leadership Consultants will work a total of 7.5 hours per day — total of 22.5 hours for the week — and will be paid at an hourly rate of $14.27 per hour, minus applicable federal, state and local taxes.

Between the Associate Council Seminar and Training School, which will run from June 25–July 22, Leadership Consultants will work a total of 10 hours per week and will be paid at an hourly rate of $14.27 per hour, minus applicable federal, state and local taxes.

Your full-time salary will begin on July 23 — the beginning of Training School. Your expected pay will be $535.00 per week, minus applicable federal, state and local taxes. This will be paid to you biweekly and in accordance with our standard payroll procedures.

In addition to salary, Leadership Consultants are provided:
 Travel expenses
 Room and board provided by the chapters
 Cellphone reimbursement of
