Amy Miller related she was in the yard at her mother’s residence at 11713 Lithia Pinecrest Road. Miller said she saw a black pickup truck “hauling ass” westbound on Lithia Pinecrest Road. Miller said she maybe 55-60 miles per hour. Miller said shortly after seeing the truck go past, she heard a loud boom. Miller said she ran out to the road and saw a tractor in the westbound lane of Lithia Pinecrest Road and saw a body lying in the roadway as well. Miller said there was also a pickup truck in the grass off the south side of the road, facing east. Miller related she never went to the crash, but did call 911. Miller could add no further information at the time of this interview.
I located the vehicle and pulled behind it without my emergency lights activated and I made contact with both the female driver and passenger. Shortly after, Edwards arrived on scene and he suspected that the driver, identified as Taya
An emergency call came in at 9:45 am made by Doug Greene who is a neighbor of the victim Anna Garcia claiming that he had not seen Anna Garcia since her normal morning walk at 6:30 am the previous morning and that the dog had been barking for 2 hours, he had also mentioned that Anna Garcia was wearing a sweater when he had seen her the previous morning while experiencing a 92 degree heat wave. Mr.Greene had called Anna’s telephone with no answer, and had also rang the doorbell with no answer. The EMT and local police had arrived to the scene at 9:56 am, needing to break the door down. EMS discovered Anna Garcia laying face down, dead.
Once on scene I observed the described black Ford F-150 pickup truck. The truck was positioned facing westbound and in the roadway on the unit block of East Laurel Street, where Laurel Street intersects with Main Street (State Route 924). An ambulance was requested to the scene for the male operator who was unresponsive. Emergency personnel removed the male from the vehicle. During this time I attempted to identify the male. I requested the owner's information from the Pennsylvania

Cerina M. Tolson said she was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by Charles Collier. Tolson said they were driving eastbound on Lithia Pinecrest Road towards Polk County. Tolson advised she saw a pickup truck sideways on the north side of the road, with its two front tires on the pavement and its two rear tires on the grass. Tolson also said she saw a tractor tire in the middle of the road. Tolson said Charles stopped their truck and she got out and ran to the older guy who was lying in the middle of the road. Tolson related she was trying to shield his face from the sun as well as called 911. Tolson also advised she saw the driver of the pickup truck walking around and it looked like he was drunk.
On Thursday last week, two murders have taken place. Myrtle Wilson, wife to a small garage owner, was hit and killed instantly by a speeding car two evenings ago. She had run out into the middle of the street for unknown reasons when the ‘death car’ hit her. The car was allegedly a yellow or green color and was guessed to be traveling around 40 miles per hour when it hit Myrtle. On December 22, 2015, at about 6:20 pm amazon associate Girard Pedley notified James Weisgable that his car was damaged by another car. The case was then passed down to security officer Tatiana Kania to review some footage. At end of shift Girard Pedley approached his car and had noticed that a blue pickup truck’s bed was parked on top of his car. He noticed it and backed his car up to check if it was damaged. He saw that the tow hitch of the truck had made a small scratch and peeled off some paint. After reviewing camera footage; using camera C244 port 1 and camera C074, Tatiana was able to see that the blue pickup truck had parked at 4:03 pm. The owner of the blue truck had come in to the building at 4:05 pm. At 4:05:06 the truck had rolled
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
At approximately 1:28 a.m., I arrived at the scene and met with Trooper Otten, who advised what had transpired prior to my arrival. Trooper Otten stated a blue 2014 Ford F-150, driven by Eric A. Wenzel, was traveling northbound on Illinois Route 4 south of Norton Lane. While traveling northbound, the blue Ford veered to the left and entered the southbound lane of the roadway. Once in the southbound lane, the front passenger’s side of the blue Ford struck the front passenger’s side of a southbound silver 2003 Ford F-150, driven by Alan L. Schilling. Trooper Otten stated both Mr. Wenzel and Mr. Schilling sustained incapacitating injuries in the collision Trooper Otten advised the silver Ford’s front seat passenger, Sarah L. Wagner-Schilling, sustained life-threatening injuries in the collision and was not expected to survive. Trooper Otten said Mr. Wenzel admitted to having been drinking prior to the collision and was suspected of driving under the influence. All three occupants had been transported from the scene
Margaret Harris (W) contacted me and told me she had witnessed the collision. Margaret stated she was stopped behind Cheryl's vehicle on the eastbound Hwy 18 off ramp to West Valley Hwy S, and Krystyna's vehicle was stopped next to, to the south of, Cheryl's vehicle in the right turn only lane. Margaret said the signal turned green, Cheryl's Impreza began to make a right turn onto West Valley Hwy S, but Krystyna's Odyssey went straight ahead through the intersection instead of turning right, and the front of Krystyna's vehicle struck the passenger side of Cheryl's vehicle.
Upon arriving on scene, I observed a body laying on the ground in the driveway of the residence, near the road. The body was laying behind a red dodge truck.
On October 4th 2016 Deputy Akins was dispatched to 8821 Centennial Road for an accident involving a red truck that left the roadway and struck a parked vehicle. Upon arrival Deputy Akins saw a 2013 Red Dodge 1500 in the ditch with the truck’s front end smashed into the rear end of a 1001 Honda Civic. In the driver seat of the dodge truck was a male Caucasian. Deputy Akins recognized the male as Evan Case. Deputy Akins asked Mr. Case if he was injured. Mr. Case replied with I can just pay the deductible and leave right. Deputy Akins asked Mr. Case again if he was ok or if he needed medical. Mr. Case replied no.
Upon arrival I met with the victim, Isaac Higgins. Isaac had just been discharged from HRMC for a "Flash Burn" that affected his eyes. Isaac and his mother, Deanna Ahern, advised that while walking north out of the hospital a white truck "squealing its tires” turned the wrong direction at a fast speed and almost hit them. Deanna stated "My son and I had to jump out of the way" or they would have been "run over." Deanna stated she yelled at the driver of the truck "Hey, Watch out." to which the driver of the vehicle replied "Fuck you." Deanna stated the vehicle parked in front of the emergency
Investigating a shooting that occurred Friday morning on September 11, 2015, Lubbock police detectives responded to a vehicle that crashed at 4:25 am. The accident occurred at the 6000 block of the Marsha Sharp Freeway. Lt. Ray Mendoza said that they received a tip from an individual who heard the crash taking place from a neighboring hotel. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Christopher Loggins, 49, and his gold-colored Chevy Cobalt. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, and while Loggins was awake, he was unresponsive. Police found no one else inside the vehicle.
REPORTER: The reporter/ anonymous called with concerns for the four victims, Colton, and three unknown males. According to the reporter, Kelly is in Burnsville 4 nights a week. The reporter said, a couple of months ago, Kelly and Matthew (boyfriend) was in Corinth, MS stealing a trailer. Matthew was driving the car, and “he slung the baby out of the car seat onto the floorboard”. The reporter said Matthew took off running and called someone to pick him up. Kelly was passed out in the front seat, and she was arrested. The police department called Human Services to pick up the baby, and they called the grandmother to come and get the child. The reporter said Kelly is pregnant, and she is on meth, oxycontin, clonotin, and xanax, but Kelly is not
