In the earliest days of Rome, Livy turn his imagination and passion to legendary of Romanians. He had a historical past of the country he loved with great passion. Around the time B.C, Livy was convinced that his people forgot, what it really meant to be a Roman. It was mentioned that Livy wanted Roman Citizens to progress, and go back to the old ways. He was brave and had his own beliefs, and wanted to make changes on what he believed. In my opinion, I do not believe that Roman’s empire couldn’t conquer the known world because it was too fragile. It could not be dominated, and the laws were all over the place. For example, Romans could not win the battlefield, also known as wars because the republic did most of the conquering.
