This movie is about a little boy and girl that grow up together; they fall in love with the game of basketball and each other. They didn't really get along as they grew up because the boy, Q, didn't think it was ok for girls to play ball. They go through a series of trials and they separate and find their way back to each other. In the end he realizes she is the one for him. This is seen in our society today because when you do something you love, there are others that love it to. These two characters have that connection between the two of the one thing that they love. They didn't let "love for the game" stand in the way of "true love".
The film wasn’t about that 13-0 record and winning a state championship, but the struggle that came with it and all the hardships they had to deal and get past. Racism, prejudice, compassion and love were all key aspects of this film as shown. The racism, prejudice of the team when they first met was severe and had been changed. The love and compassion came as the team grew to become one unit and love each other and be able to become something more powerful than they could be by themselves.
The movie highlights the importance of staying true to your identity on happiness, rather than letting others influence your decisions. The main character overcomes many cultural obstacles to be herself and pursue her real
This Movie also shows viewers how to be good sports although they encounter with one of the higher class kids of their neighborhood of course Benny and his team win and celebrate their victory by going to the local carnival and end up doing the most stupid things any of them could think of. Other things i also liked about this movie is that they worked as a team and help each other when needed also how most of them still were friends when older. Things i don't like about the Movie is how they can be very hard headed when it came to getting Smalls Ball back Smalls says that instead of trying to sneak up on the beast maybe asking Mr.Mertle if he can get the ball back Squints tells Smalls that Mr.Mertle was one of the meanest old man ever, but that wasn't the case
I really loved this movie because when I watched it I wanted to be just like them. They were a young African-American couple who went through the up and down roller coaster of romance and being athletes. Quincy McCall and Monica Wright grew up in the same neighborhood after Monica family moved in the house next door to Quincy and have known each other since childhood. When they first met each other they didn’t really say anything they just kept looking at each other. Quincy was the best basketball player out of all his friends, so he was use to winning and getting any girl he wanted. Monica came down one day to play basketball with him and his friends she ended up beating him, which made him mad so he pushed her down on the ground and messed her
"It can be a painful challenge to take the necessary time and steps needed for producing every note in life that you must play to hear the sounds of your own voice, work, and creations, which formulates beautiful orchestrations and stories with you, your family, and God." ~ Jon Barnes

As mentioned in the article “ Just One More Game…” gaming has evolved from a game system that you sit on the floor and play with friends with to a personal game that you literally can have anywhere in the palm of your hand. These are one of those evolutions of society that is not the best for us; no matter how you look at the situation. I believe we should go back to the console games of the 80s. Yes, these are still addictive, but at least most of the time people have socialization from this action by playing multiplayer with a physical person. Phone games are a waste of time, non-commutative, and, just addictive; and a money water sometimes.

To me, it wasn't just about a love story but a whole scenario of love, tragedy, choices, and conflict. A rich girl with very demanding and social climbing parents and a young under privileged man with nothing to offer except love and stability. During the entire movie you are routing for love, but you are never really sure if that is where it's going to lead.
The movie is about overcoming long-standing prejudice and hatred. The main character, Derek, is a skinhead and the leader of a white supremacist group. He violently kills 2 black males who tried to steal his car. He goes to jail and has changed. Once out, he tries to keep his brother from following in his footsteps.
This film follows the lives of two schools in Alexandria, Virginia in the 1970s. These two schools integrate forming T.C. The titans now have to overcome two different races coming together to form their team which causes tension throughout the community. In the
Love You Forever is a classic heart-warming story by Robert Munsch built around a simple, but eternally meaningful commitment from a mother to a child to love him forever. Robert Munsch has become a world-renowned author of children’s books for his unique use of exaggerated expressions that produce sounds that are very appealing and fun for children. In Love You Forever Munsch uses words like “crazy” and “zoo” to add the effect of comedy but the overall theme of the story strikes chords that are much deeper than exaggerated expressions (Munsch np). Robert Munsch started Love you Forever as a song: “I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living my baby you’ll
The song “Beat it” by Michael Jackson represents the character Demetrius from Midsummer Night’s Dream. This song represents Demetrius due to the fact that Demetrius does not like Helena. Also how he is always trying to avoid her also making reference to the song title because he wants her to “Just Beat It,” (Jackson Line 13). In the song he states “Don’t want to see your face, you better disappear” (Jackson Line 2). The song is saying how he wants someone to disappear and go away and this relates to Demetrius due to the fact that Demetrius has love for Hermia not Helena so he wants Helena to “Just Beat It” and leave him alone.
