I chose California’s average Medical Assistant hiring rate and wage for 2012-2015 as my topic for my final topic. This topic relates to my work because it will show me how likely I will be able to find a job as a Medical Assistant in California. It will also give me an idea of what my hourly, monthly, and yearly pay will be. The pay and hiring rate in California will help me in the future with my job because it will allow me to know if I will be able to find a Medical Assisting job in California easily or not, and it will also be able to help me see about how much I will be making every month so I can calculate my monthly budget.
