Upon reading and researching a SWOT analysis, I have realized that we use this product in the Military and that I just never knew the formal name for it. I honestly believe that each section may pose a challenge for an investigation team depending upon the organization and other variables. In the Military we receive quarter evaluations which lead up to annual evaluations, when done correctly this make it easier to identify strengths and weakness of an individual, section, or company. My only concern is that if that if there is a lack of documentation or programs to collect such data then it may be hard to obtain an accurate depiction thus making it difficult to truly assess.
