Do you think that letters like those sent by Shapero should be protected speech under the Constitution? Why or why not? In your response, please explain your reasoning. I feel the letters sent by Shapero should be protected by the Constitution. I feel this way because after looking at what the First Amendment stands for. I feel the Amendment basically lets us know that letters like what Shapero sent should be protected. I know because I work in the legal field many of our departments send out letters to our members and I feel they are protected by the First Amendment. I felt Shapero's letters were not harming anyone he was basically sending them out just like any other solicitation we see every day. People add different

The field of healthcare administration is growing at a steady pace to bring about efficient service to all the patients (Harris, 2015). Currently, many specialists have emerged to ensure good health to all individuals at affordable rates. For instance, there is the healthcare documentation specialist, formally known as medical transcriptionists, who are highly-skilled health personnel, dealing with the process of transcribing, verifying, or converting spoken (voice-recorded reports) as dictated by a healthcare professional (Skurka, 2017). The prepared report henceforth becomes part of the permanent health record or history of the patient that can be used in future reference.

I am writing this letter today to express my extreme disfavor of the United States’ corrupt school system. Not only that, but also what I believe a justified punishment should be for defrauding my beloved English teacher, Mr. Hyde. Given this task, I have felt that it is the most appropriate time to reflect on the never ending issue of our unprincipled, ineffective, and crooked school system. This reflection is not in any way intended to take the blame away from myself, because I am fully aware that not only plagiarizing but turning someone else's book report as your own is dishonest and unacceptable. I can’t articulate how much I regret swindling my teacher, but I can guarantee to you that it will never happen again. I have learned my lesson through pure humiliation and acquiring a disheartening zero on the assignment, which resulted in me having to watch my well
Missing accurate medical documentation is like reading a book that is missing many pages. If you only have the beginning and end of the story without the middle details, the overall story won’t make any sense. Yes you can still read the book, but if you do, you will never fully understand the whole picture, you won’t recommend or refer it to someone else, and you wouldn’t appreciate the time and effort spent reviewing it. Obtaining and maintaining accurate documentation is critical to providing successful health care services. All providers working in the health care field are responsible for keeping, relaying, and sharing authorized required health documentation. These providers include physicians, nurses, assistants, billing associates, and literally
