Hi my name is jack and i'm running for student council president. Spears is a great school and i'm happy to be a student here, but i think this school can be better. Outside there's a lot of trash and i respect the people who clean it up and green team. This election will help me a lot . I hope that i can become a better student than before this semester, because i am always looking to improve. I will make it my goal as student council president to improve this school.
I have had a lifetime goal to attend college, it just didn’t happen early in life. When I first came to CCU, there was no doubt that getting my bachelors in early childhood would be my major. My passion has always been young children. It started when I babysat as a young teenager and has continued in my life as a preschool teacher. Education is constantly changing: therefore, I feel I need to have more knowledge and wisdom to be the best teacher possible. Education is by far one of the most important tools to have a successful life. With diligence, I want to be a leading educator and to be a gateway for my students to learn. It’s exhilarating how many lives a teacher will touch each day. A teacher has the power to reach out and make learning a positive and memorable experience for every child. Furthermore, teachers are one of the first caregivers for young children. Although I am not at the beginning of my career, while at CCU, I will grow in faith, help and learn from others, and strive to graduate with honors.
So you may be wondering why you should vote for me. Well, you should vote for me because I'm in NJHS, responsible as well as organized. I keep my grades up and I'm always trying to help somebody. I'm proud of EAGLE, it's my home and take this schools reputation seriously. I want to be a voice for this classroom as everyone's opinion matters. I feel I'm approachable and open to everybody's ideas. Vote for me and let me represent all your ideas.
Good morning class of 2019. I am Tori Cichelero, and I am running for Freshman Class President. As a president, my job would be to stabilize each and every single one of us, because we are new to the community of Ursuline Academy. I will make sure we are all involved, so we all get to be connected into the school. In order to be involved, we all have to take risk and try new things. Trying new things can be scary, but it can be so much better when you have a leader to guide you. My guidance can make us freshman the best possible class by using our intelligence, hard-work, responsibility, and kindness. When I think of Ursuline Academy, I think of how great our class is. Each classmate in front of me right now means so much to me. Your grades,
For those you who do not know me, I am Carissa Dorval and I am running for the position of Executive Board Treasurer. There are many reasons why I would make a great addition to the Student Council team. Over the past three years I have held many roles that needed me to posses leadership skills such as, Sophomore Class Treasurer, and being a member of Spirit Committee. Being Sophomore Class Treasurer, and a member of the Spirit Committee has given me the skills I would need succeed as a member of the Executive Board. My role as Class Treasurer last year has given me experience planning all of the activities that student council has authority over such has Toys-for-Tots and Field Day and my involvement in Spirit Committee has given me experience
Participating in student council has impacted my life extremely. Running in seventh grade was the best spur impulse decision I have made. I wasn't certain I wanted to run because of previous losses in fifth and sixth grade and how heavyhearted those losses made me. I'm so glad I ended up running. I got interested in student council in fourth grade when I was my closest friends campaign manager when she had run, which kind of sounds frivolous in fourth grade. Even though I was pretty bashful and reserved as a little kid, once I got in middle school, I was ready to finally take a vast step into becoming myself, which for me was being in the student council.
Ever since I was young, I was exposed to a Historically Black College or University, Jackson State University. I had always went to activities and functions such as football games, summer programs, and other special events. I did not know whether I would attend a historically Black College or University (HBCU) or not at the time. I had finally decided to go to a HBCU, and I would attend Tougaloo College in the fall to further my education. I have many goals and objectives for pursing my educational experience at a historically Black College, and I plan to achieve them.
I'm Abby Dayton, and I attend Estrella Foothills high school here in Goodyear. Recently at school, we've been analyzing local campaigns and I chose yours because it stood out to me. I know there is some ruthless competition in the election, but I believe your reliable campaign will win for your position. After reading about you and what you have to offer our community, I can see that you're ready for this position in Goodyear city council.
Being president of the Sophomore Class would be a wonderful opportunity to exercise my strengths and abilities. I think, with my strengths, I would be a great candidate for Class President. I am very interactive and open to new ideas of my classmates, especially when it can better our grade and our future as students. I show outstanding leadership that encourages others to further engage in their positions and responsibilities. To me, I think that it’s important to function as a unit rather than having unbalanced strengths. I would encourage others to be their own leader and make sure they fully indulge in their positions. I accept all responsibilities that come with the position including attendance to the meetings and to school, having good
Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the Middle School Student Council.
Good morning to the best family of (school). Before starting off I would like to say I love (school) as much as I love McDonalds. As I’m sure most of you know that my name is Hansley, from seeing my posters around the school you most likely know that I’m running for your communications officer in this year’s student council. Of course as you can see there is a lot of people who are giving speeches so for everyone’s sake I’ll try to keep this as short as possible.
Anonymous: Currently serves as president for the freshman class at Hood River Valley High School. Demonstrated enthusiasm to run for school president next year. Intrigued by what it takes to run a campaign--connected with our guest speaker and campaign manager, Jack Petterson. Planning to work for a local campaign this summer to gain experience. Have discovered a new horizon, now plans to pursue a career in politics.
Initially, I would like to list all of the qualities I shall bring to the Student Council. I am very respectful of my peers and teachers. I have numerous academic accomplishments which I believe a president must not only be a good role model for the rest of the student body but also lead in academics as well. In addition to my academic skills I developed leadership skills that I have obtained from Beta and 4-H. In these clubs I have learned how to communicate and work in groups I am very flexible at taking on any task and conforming to each and every job when it is needed of me.
First and foremost, thank you for being here in support of the student government association. I want to thank our amazing dean Edina for encouraging me to run for vice president of SGA. Many people have asked me why I am running for vice president. Would you ask a fifth grader if he is going to go to the 6th grade? No right because they have to keep going to the next level. Ever since I came to the University of Bridgeport, I constantly looked for ways to become more involved and to keep having an impact in the university. Every year, here at the University of Bridgeport I am involved in something new. Whether it's being an OL, President of a Club or even starting a chapter/club which is known as the food recovery network, with the help of my peers. The food recovery network have recovered more than 300 pounds of food that would otherwise have been thrown out.
spring hill a place of excellence and prestige. A place of abundant success. Such a place deserves an innovative and resourceful leader. You see my running mates will tickle yours ears with open ended promises Such as cell, phones in the hallways or less homework during the week, but see I’m not here to do that. During my tenor as vice president, I Sadie sparks, vow, to bring back and up hold the original purpose of the student council Not to just fill our days with pointless raffles and events but to justly represent the student body on all matters pertaining to said student body and show the community what an exceptional group of kids the young adolescents of Spring Hill are. Thus leaving our mark on the future generations to come giving
An obvious goal as a working adult returning to school is, of course, to earn a degree. My overall goal is no different than any other student, however, I also have several personal goals I hope to achieve while attending the University. Some of these goals are to acquire new skills and enhance my current business abilities, to apply what I learn in the classroom to forward my career, and to feel personal satisfaction of finishing something I started.
