Being president of the Sophomore Class would be a wonderful opportunity to exercise my strengths and abilities. I think, with my strengths, I would be a great candidate for Class President. I am very interactive and open to new ideas of my classmates, especially when it can better our grade and our future as students. I show outstanding leadership that encourages others to further engage in their positions and responsibilities. To me, I think that it’s important to function as a unit rather than having unbalanced strengths. I would encourage others to be their own leader and make sure they fully indulge in their positions. I accept all responsibilities that come with the position including attendance to the meetings and to school, having good
I would like to be on the yearbook committee because I want to make people happy. I would like to be a part of a team of great people who are able to maintain memories. Nobody doesn't like the feeling of making someone happy. And that's what I want to do if I get a chance to join the committee.
I want to hold the position for Miss Freshman because I know that I’d be a great representative. Everyone is equal so I cannot say that I will be better than anyone, but I can certainly say that I will do my best. I am capable of taking on the challenges that lie ahead if I am voted for this position. I know if I were Miss Freshman of the class of 2020 I could make a couple of major changes in the students. I am a good leader, I’m very dependable, and I know how to set good examples. I am also a very reliable person and any task that I receive will be one of my main priorities. I am an approachable person and an awesome communicator and listener. My best effort will absolutely be put into this job. I am a very well organized and neat person. I am also an assertive person and I am without a doubt going to
Moreover, I wish to continue finding out more about the people in my class, and start making changes based on what they want, and what would be better for the student body. overall, I believe I should be class officer because I have experience in the role and wish to progress not only my own skills, but the school’s compatibility with the students all
After being in ASB this past year, I believe that I can be a diligent and effective Executive President. In seeing the various roles and personalities of the ASB classroom, I noticed that it resembles a smaller version of the campus. There are different groups of friends, some outspoken, some quiet, and even juxtaposing opinions on various decisions we make. I feel that I have a unique personality that is a blend of everything. I am a firm believer in including all types of students in school activities and although I am an extrovert who enjoys speaking, I am also very driven in academics and my education. Because I strive to be caring and compassionate towards everyone, I relate and respect all types of personalities in the “society” of high school and feel that this quality will help me spread school spirit and get more kids involved. It
Good morning class of 2019. I am Tori Cichelero, and I am running for Freshman Class President. As a president, my job would be to stabilize each and every single one of us, because we are new to the community of Ursuline Academy. I will make sure we are all involved, so we all get to be connected into the school. In order to be involved, we all have to take risk and try new things. Trying new things can be scary, but it can be so much better when you have a leader to guide you. My guidance can make us freshman the best possible class by using our intelligence, hard-work, responsibility, and kindness. When I think of Ursuline Academy, I think of how great our class is. Each classmate in front of me right now means so much to me. Your grades,

There are many reasons why I would make a great addition to the Student Council team. Over the past three years I have held many roles that needed me to posses leadership skills such as, Sophomore Class Treasurer, and being a member of Spirit Committee. Being Sophomore Class Treasurer, and a member of the Spirit Committee has given me the skills I would need succeed as a member of the Executive Board. I want to run for the president of my class because it would be an honor to represent my friends and fellow classmates. Being the president of my class would not only would it look good on my college application in the future, but I could help to bring the freshman class much closer. Not just as classmates, as friends.
I have been the president of my school’s Junior Civitian club for 2 years now and I was color guard caption for two years also. I have learned how to become a leader. I also went to Girl State where I learned how to become a better leader. Becoming a leader is challenging, especially in high school, when you want to do what everyone else is doing. I have learned that being a leader you should be fair and treat people as if they are your peers and not lower than you are. As a leader I am the first person their and the last person to leave. I also have made myself available to the people in Junior Civitan and the people on the color guard team. I also have an ambitious attitude, as should ever leader. I will always try to keep everyone cheerful
First off, thank you for considering me for this opportunity. I, in all honesty, didn't know what Boy State was, but after doing some research I discovered that Boy’s State is a prestigious program that allows students to operate in a government environment that exploits students’ own interest with positions based on real life government. When I heard about this, I got really enthusiastic and intrigued. And I felt like I could undoubtedly take something beneficial with me from this program. At this school, the title of Junior class president comes with great responsibilities. This leader is responsible for expressing the class’ input, not only that, specifically this year, the leader is
President University is my first option I would choose to join and study more. I would like to take my undergraduate school in President University based on same reasons. Due to my lack of skill in English grammar, I would like to go to a school that could make me become familiar in English grammar. Even though I can speak well, I still feel to study more. Based on my consideration, hopefully I can get scholarship for President University to make me easier join the university and could study more in English.
Initially, I would like to list all of the qualities I shall bring to the Student Council. I am very respectful of my peers and teachers. I have numerous academic accomplishments which I believe a president must not only be a good role model for the rest of the student body but also lead in academics as well. In addition to my academic skills I developed leadership skills that I have obtained from Beta and 4-H. In these clubs I have learned how to communicate and work in groups I am very flexible at taking on any task and conforming to each and every job when it is needed of me.
With many distinguished and honorable roles under my belt I truly believe that I am the perfect candidate for the freshmen president. I was one of the co-captains for the Clover Hill High School Varsity Track and football teams. I was also president of the relay for life club. Other leadership roles that I have obtained in the past would include; freshmen mentor, senior class advisory consul, YMCA camp consular, Middle school track student coach, lead vocalist in RCS Acapella group, Algebra II student teacher, and lead roles in the school musicals. With all these leadership roles that I’ve obtained through out my high school year it has taught me to associate with not only other club, sport, or musical, but with the individual members. As
I am extremely honored to be among the students nominated for National Honors Society. Being nominated for such a prestigious organization shows me my dedication to family, academics, and athletics have made me stand out among my peers. Throughout my life, I have always strived to have a high moral character. In academics, I have achieved a high grade point average with grades that are all A’s. In athletics, I have lettered in Varsity sports since I was a freshman. Currently, I am Junior Class President. As Junior Class President, I have the responsibility of representing the Junior Class as well planning the Havana High School prom. I believe representing the Junior Classes interests is a vital part of being class president. The planning and coordination of the high school prom can be quite stressful at times, but I have managed to keep a level head and have demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities.
Academically, I rank 107 in a class of 1010, have competed on our cross country team and competed with great success in cross fit competitions as well as serving as an instructor. I was honored to serve as President of the Student Council as well as the organization. My leadership roles in high school have presented many unique challenges that I have met through team building, a strong work ethic and personal example. Our success has resulted in our groups being stronger and more cohesive. I am especially proud of leading students from different backgrounds, establishing common goals, working together and initiating action plans that have made our school a better, safer, wholesome
I am aware of hardships faced by past Presidents such as war and natural disasters and I believe I can lead if such tragedies occur. I know how hard one must work to make a difference and I am willing to put forth the effort. I have developed many qualities that are important in this office. Examples of these qualities would be integrity, strength, and compassion. Being honest and having a grasp on good moral principles is something I believe
