My paper will be about my life/goals and what I hope for in my future. I am hoping to be a successful person in life and accomplish some things that will leave a mark on my generation. I am a very stubborn person so if someone says I can’t do something it fuels me to prove them wrong. I have a successful family and good influences that surround me. My late great grandfather was a well known doctor and served in our armed forces. My great aunt is a successful paralegal and works at a well established law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. My dad along with my grandfather are very talented welders that both work in management at ESP in Bessemer, Alabama. I currently participate in baseball and football at Jemison High School. My occupation that has been given to me is a aircraft technician. I have researched this career and have come to the conclusion that I am going to try and see if this occupation works out for me. I love to working on things to be able to see how they work. Therefore, my future career will adhere to my interests.
My personality can be described in many ways. Most of my peers say that I seem like a very determined individual. This characteristic could help me in my future career. Being the determined person I am, I will not stop until the job is done. I also work very well with my hands, an example being that I have fixed cars and motorcycles in the past. These skills were taught to me by my father and grandfather, to which I am very thankful for.My assessment gave
Growing up I have always had huge goals set for myself and I have had a lot of obstacles that have had a big impact on where I want to go in life. Those obstacles made me realize that maybe I can be different my life and that lead me to where I am today, senior year at Mountain View High School. I’m Caroline Kalcheff, and this is how I used my past issues to develop my future goals and dreams.
In high school, I never imagined attending the nation's number one public research institution. It was something that no one from my community had done, and the lack of representation from others in my community seemed to disencourage me from even applying. It was not until my senior year of high school that I began applying to colleges, when my older sister encouraged me to apply to the University of Michigan. She saw potential in the things that I could accomplish, but even her encouragement lacked to make me understand how I could be admitted into this predominately white institution. However, I applied early action and was ecstatic when I was accepted.
My personal goal I would like to divide into different categories First professional goals. My goals for my family. My Retirement goals.
My long-term goal with my college education is to complete my Bachelor's degree and eventually continue on to receive my Master’s degree in criminal justice. The first step to complete my long-term goal is receiving my Associate’s degree in criminal justice by May 2017. This goal is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely.
My long term goal is to become a profiler in the BAU. In ten years, I can see myself still in college, working to get a bachelors degree in either psychology or criminal justice, and maybe even in sociology and forensic science. While also gaining at least three years of experience as an agent before applying as a Special Agent and qualifying for at least one of the FBI Special Agent Programs in either law, language, accounting, computer science/information technology, or diversified. I would also have to be older than 23, but younger than 37. I would analyze criminal cases for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to get a psychological, behavioral and legal profile of the unsub (Unknown Subject).
My primary goal is to spiritually help people throughout the community. Studying to teach math will guide me to support other young people struggling in Math. In addition, volunteering will help me feed hungry people and provide refuge if I start a business in the future. In high school, I developed many friendships along the way. Many people would consider going to college without making friends; however, making friends is imperative to my life so I can be a friend to bullied children and injured people. In addition, I desire to be writer in order to speak about people’s challenges in their lives and to demonstrate how to accomplish their goals; in the future, these stories speak truth in a corrupted world. In school, studying math and creative
In my lifetime I have gone through a lot of difficult situations, my grandpa died when I was a freshmen in high school and overcame a death of a classmate just a month after my own car accident. I have also learned a lot from all of this things that has happened to me. I have learned that no matter how bad the situation is you still are able to rise above the the worst of things. That your strengths are the things that carry you through tough positions, and enable you to look into the future and see the great things that came out of the hard times.
Everyone has life goals that they wish to achieve. Some may be completing college while others may be starting a family and getting married. My goals are completing college with my masters degree in business, gaining a successful job as an entrepreneur, and creating a maintaining at least three successful business. These goals may come with obstacles including judgement of gender, religion and race. Chapter 10, 11, and 13’s concepts in the textbook “Society the Basics” help me overcome these judgments by pointing out life lessons and important information.
My career goal is to become a United States Marine. I chose this path to my future at a young age, of course I grew up like a normal kid wanting to become an astronaut, police officer, fireman or teacher, but I knew that a future in the armed force was for me. I think that I will be very successful in my career choice, why ? because i'm very competitive and I love a challenge and that's exactly what the USMC gives you. Growing up I had multiple military experiences, my uncle was in the navy and growing up with my cousins we would always pretend we were in the armed force whether it was the Air Force, Army or Navy we did it. I attended my first ROTC summer camp 3 years ago as a flat source to make sure that this was for me. And now I play the
My personal goal is that I stop eating fast food so often and start eating healthier foods. Every other week I stop to eat fast food either after school or after work, I usually am too tired to make food that is actually good for you so I just go stop at either Burger King or McDonalds.
I believe that through my aptitude for math and technology, quest for knowledge, in addition to the guidance of my parents, I am quite capable of attaining my aspired educational and career goals.
“A goal defines a plan of action, acts as a continuous progress report on how well you are doing as you move toward chosen goals, it identifies exactly what achievement or success is for each person, and it tells you when its time to reset goals” according to Dennis Congos. Goals play an important role, when you’re in college. I have many goals but my top three goals for my educational career at Colorado Christian University are, getting an average of a 3.9 GPA in every class, staying in school and not giving up, and lastly graduating with honors on time. I have many other goals but these three are the most important to keep me on track and to help with my future career goals. I have sought out plans to achieve all these goals by the time I graduate.
I have been through a lot in my time being here on this planet. Change of dreams, loss of family, life changing moments, coming to realization of certain things and cutting people out of my life. I would not be who I am today if I did not go through everything that I have gone through, so in the end, I am happy I went through those things in life.
A time where I achieved a personal goal in my life has to be when I had to take school serious and bring my grade up so I can have better future for myself. So let 's go back to when I was in High School after leaving middle I had a bad start back towards the end of middle school I was never the kid who never did there homework, projects or anything I had to do that I was assigned to do at home and kept making excuses of why I didn 't do it. After that I got in trouble by my parents we would later have a talk about why I should focus on my education as a teen I didn 't really care what they said just went through one ear then out the other. When I first started High School I didn 't do some homework and even projects assignments again my parents would soon be later be notified about how my grades were not so great that 's when it all started. When I came home my parents were waiting for me as we started to talk they were talking about when they were kids they wish they could have expanded their education since my mom only went to elementary school back when she a kid back in Mexico since she could not go since she was not able since she was the oldest of 5 siblings so she had to stop going to school because of it. My father never went to school as a kid since he was very poor growing so he was not able to to learn anything they told me if they had the opportunity to further their education they wish they could have been something instead of what they would do my mom wanted
My goal in life has always been to touch and inspire someone, especially when they are at their most vulnerable point in their life. The best advice a patient has ever given me was, “do what makes me happy.” I never truly understood the exact meaning of that statement until I graduated college and struggled figuring out what I wanted to pursue. I always knew I wanted to work in the health and medical field; I definitely knew I wanted to work in the healthcare field when I was able to make multiple sick people smile. I remember having a conversation with a patient and the patient randomly shouted, “you have a smile that truly lights up a room!” I thought wow this is not the first time I am hearing this. I thought is this déjà vu, what is it
