Nancy's POV
"Nancy . . . Nancy wake up." A soft voice says in my ear.
My eyes flash open light filling them, I notice a pair of steady eyes staring at me. It takes me a moment to realize these are my mother's eyes, she is sitting on the side of my bed with her hand resting on my arm.
"Get up honey, breakfast is ready." mom advises as she stands from my bed and smooths out her skirt, giveing me a thin smile as she slips out of my room. I rub my tired eyes, and sit up in my bed. A brown strand of hair falls in front of my eyes as I do so. Standing from my bed, I slide on my slippers and groggily walk to the bathroom. I grab my hair brush and pull my hair out of my face and into a loose ponytail.
When I'm ready I walk downstairs and into

I quickley rinse it and drop it into the sink. As I head out of the kitchen I glance into the dinning room my family has continued eating breakfeast like nothing happened. I feel my stomach sink, I turn quick clibming up the stairs, makeing my way into the safety of my bedroom. I close the door behind me and lay on my bed refusing to cry.
I stare at the celing of my room, as I play with a strand of my hair slowly tossing it between my fingers. My thoughts begin to drift to the carnival, a invoulanteery scowl appears on my face, and, a hollow feeling washes over me. Her face pops into my head, and I instantly groan. I cover my face with my hands wishing she would dissaper and stop tormenting me. I only hope I won't run into her at the carnival.
Slowly time passes, no one comes to check on me so I stay lying on my bed held captive by my thoughts. I begin to stare at the clock focusing on the precise slow ticks of the minute

My dad parks, I hear the faint sounds from the carnival as I exit the car.
....
I wander around the carnival the scent of corn dogs and cotton candy lingering in the air all around me. Tents and rides line the roads, colorful lights flashing from them. The laughter of children constantly echos through the air. Making the carnival feel as alive as the sun. Something hard bumps into my shoulder and I'm pushed into the grass. I look up to see panicked chocolate brown eyes looking back into mine, a blush creeps into my cheeks.
"I'm so sorry," I confessed scrambling to my feet and dusting myself off.
"Don't be i'm the one who ran into you." the stranger says. His whole face turning red out of embarrassment as he diverts his eyes from mine. A older man bumps into the boy "Watch it kid." he barks. The boys face flushes and he runs a hand through his messy brown hair nervously. Grabing his arm, I fight our way out of the crowd mumbling "Excuse me" when I bump into people. I find a small clearing with a bench and sit down, the boy sits beside me. The bench is small and our legs brush against one another. I let go of the boy's hand. "Are you okay?" he asks "Again i'm really sorry." I nod my head "I'm
I heard the faint high pitched beeping of my alarm clock as I opened my sleep covered eyes. I attempted to roll out from under my covers but immediately retreated as I felt the chilly spring air touch my skin. While I was mustering up the motivation to get out of bed, I glanced at my alarm clock. “11:00 AM” it read in boxy, glowing numbers. Had I really slept in that long? I finally rose from my bed, traveling down the stairs to make myself some breakfast. “Hi, girl!” I greeted my dog where she was waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs. I smiled to myself as I turned on some music, opened the fridge to retrieve some eggs, and turned on the stove. It felt like a fine Saturday morning until I remembered that I had a lacrosse game later
Early that morning, newly hired park ranger, Jennifer Flores, stuffed a banana into the blender and mixed up a high energy chocolate drink. Her dark brown hair was pulled back into a ponytail and her face was clean and free of makeup. She was dressed in a black jogging outfit that hugged her body tightly and showed off her shape. She poured her drink into a glass and guzzled it down like she was in a beer chugging contest with her sorority sisters.
When I woke up from my nap, it was already 11:00 pm! Why does time go by so fast when you don’t want it to? I got up and went to my vanity. On the vanity, lay an old picture of my Dad in his uniform. I miss him very much. I put on the gorgeous necklace he gave me when I was 9. Knowing that if anything bad happens, he is there.
On the very last house of Durberry Lane lived two sisters. The first sister’s name was MacKenzie. She had tanned skin as if she lived in California instead of Kansas. Her blonde hair went along with her Californian vibe. The second sister’s name was Penelope. She had her sister’s blonde hair, but with chocolate brown eyes and a face painted with freckles.
The pearl, in my opinion, was not evil, it was bait. It lured bystanders in as a test. It reminds be of the trails to get to heaven; it was made to entice the greedy and selfish so they may be punished. Those who can keep away the destructive thinking of power and riches get rewarded. It was a standard to leech out the sinners.
Jarvis was quickly interrupted by the commander asking, “Wait, what’s the Cuse area?” Jarvis paused to pick at his mashed potatoes with his fork before beginning again. “I’m from Syracuse. The Cuse is just what we locals call it. Well, at least that’s what we used to call it. Now, I’m not too sure what it might be. But I suppose the place really couldn’t have gotten much worse.”
Already I know we are going to have so much fun (and drama) with these two. I kind of agree with as kids being closer and sort of falling apart as they grew older. To be completely honest they are both knuckle heads who need to get over themselves, but of course thats going to be a long way down the road. But yes, no matter what they are certainly going to act like brothers, I actually made Wallace purposly older by a year just so I could see him play that "I'm older than you card." I could actually see Wallace partially trying to prove himself to Bennett because to him Bennett is the pinnicale of Jazz sucess in his eyes at the moment as he hasn't been able to be close to anyone as close to it as him. I could see him being even partially angry seeing Bennett get to cocky since he had it all for a while and ruined it through his arogance, so like Wallace has
Sarah-Alice was in the football field as she smiled happy to be back at Long Beach High after a long summer knowing how that right now this is a new year to start. She then saw the cheerleaders for the first time only to then say,"Alright I need you girls to start doing five laps and then some stretches so we can practice some routines before our Football team comes." She then saw her team start to do her laps while she took her coat only to then show her workout outfit since it was now eighty degrees out. Sarah-Alice then smiled as she ran with her team only to do some stretches until the girls were staring at the team. She then had her eyes caught on one certain god in human form. She knew on the back of his shirt said Winchester so she knew
Imagine this, it’s noon and you’re outside on a beautifully sunny day. Everything is going perfectly swell until suddenly you’re swallowed by an unexpected wave of blistering hot air. You black out and moments, maybe hours later, you regain your conscience and find yourself stranded somewhere in an unnaturally gorgeous island. That’s practically the story of everyone who finds themselves on an island called Nil, and everyone who finds themselves on the mysterious island has exactly a year to leave before they die. On this pretty little island was a girl named Natalie. She was a veteran on Nil and had priority. Having priority meant that you
Jennifer: "You're right mother, Monica do looks like a nice body to have fun with, but I preferred to have her daughter. It would be nice to lose my virginity again, with that nice tight fertile pussy."
Alma stood beside the mule, with Boomer sitting beside her, growling whenever he saw any motion that might present a threat. The few men working in the muggy area did not seem interested in them. Alma used the shield of her bonnet to study the men who lounged about in the mud. Most were as brown as the mud around them.
Angrily, I gathered my clothes and the rest of my belongings, then headed to the car. As I strode into the cove of trees, I suddenly heard a voice.
By 8 o'clock, when Kitty arrived, much of the city was considerably drunk. This didn't exclude Kitty, who had helped herself to half of a bottle of wine before heading over, nor did it exclude Ana, whose costume allowed her to drink as much as she wished without notice.
I wake up and then grab my stuff and go to a place lost in time.
Tapping on the floor plays through my ear. The sound is coming closer. I open my eyes and see me mom walking towards me.
