The billboard will be placed in Fargo near the stores location. I designed it with a box framing the content, keeping it consistent with the other material. The color logo was used to draw peoples eyes to the message. Keeping the design simple by having the company name with the three products they specialize; the company slogan gives the viewers a better idea of what is being sold, and the two main sources to get the company’s products. The combination of the bright colors and the simple layout will draw the customer to the billboard, giving them enough time to get all the information they need while driving by it.

This is a picture of "May's Railside Grill" Restuarant in Newport, Pa. There are two different signs hanging on the building; I believe that looks unprofessional and sloppy. The Restaurant part of the sign is good because it's bigger, and it stands out more. The "May’s Railside Grill" Sign’s font is small, and the green background does not make the font stand out. "May’s" is small and in yellow font, which makes it hard to read. The Restaurant part of the sign lights up at night, but the "May’s Railside Grill" part of the sign does not light up at night. People who are unfamiliar with the area might see the restaurant sign at night, and wonder what kind of restaurant it is. Elderly people or people who don't see well might not stop at this

Even though some believe that the implementation of signage is time and cost consuming, electronic signage is actually cost and time saving in that companies do not have to constantly print out new advertisements and can easily manage their advertisements. I have used the colors red and black as the main colors of the flyer. I did this because they are the colors that we used in our logo. I have included the wooden background because our store countertops and the cart we use to sale, are both made of wood. I think using black, red and the wooden background, helped me tie everything together. I also changed the color of the text in the flavor box. I chose these colors according to the color of the flavor. By doing this I was able to add color to the entire flyer.

People working and traveling after sunset could only use candles or oil lamps, which caused many inconveniences. Without any bright light, moving inside your own house even seemed dangerous. However, things changed after the ambitious inventors brought their bright idea, which was to light the world, to life. The invention and the commercialization of light bulb not only changed the way people live, but also became a technological breakthrough for future energy use in our daily lives.
