When you think about a teacher, you automatically think about someone who teaches kids for a living. Being a teacher doesn’t have to be just teaching children on a daily basis. Teachers are the reasons why a lot of children have grown to love learning and appreciate the effort their teacher has put into their education. Teachers are very important in today’s society and they do a lot for everyone. Teachers aren’t just there to make lesson plans, grade papers, and write on black-boards. Teachers are around because they want to give children a proper education.

Q1: Why and how is the job market for administrative professionals growing or declining? What effect do you think the economy and technology have had on the field?

The career I chose to undertake as my profession is that of a mechanical engineer. Why do I want to become a mechanical engineer? Well, for starters, I would be able to design, build and possibly repair many various machines and other technologies that are complex. These technologies can range from being already in use on a global scale to new, futuristic designs that are highly technical. Also, this career includes being a sort of jack-of-all-trades, where I would possess knowledge in mathematics, physics, etc. Finally, this career offers me the chance to expand outside my immediate area since mechanical engineers are well desired around the globe as well.

While growing up, there are innumerable decisions to be made and paths to take. As I am approaching the ending point of my high school career, I have finally found the correct one for me. I have known from a surprisingly young age that I wish to pursue a job in the medical field, and have taken a number of steps to help achieve this dream. I show tremendous passion for both my educational and career goals, and how to reach them. My future is incredibly important to me because through doing my job, I will also be achieving my biggest goal: saving lives.

When I discovered the Finance Internship Program with Comcast NBCUniversal on Handshake, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity to join an innovative and industry leading organization. I am excited by the chance to gain corporate finance experience by working in one of Comcast’s many finance functions and being able to develop my business and finance related skills with an organization as prominent as Comcast NBCUniversal. As a junior majoring in Finance at the University of Arizona, I am passionate about corporate finance. My job at the UA Budget Office, my work as a preceptor for the UA Management and Organizations Department, and the knowledge I have gained from the Investments Club

Therefore, I am wondering if you still have any available positions in Mankato or in any other locations.I think it would be a great opportunity for me to to gain some professional experience within your company.

Over the course of a few weeks, I have taken many tests during Career Education to determine which jobs would best suit me. These tests have led me to further investigate three occupations: architecture, personal financial advisor and a lawyer. Based on the personal, aptitude, multiple intelligence, and career tests that I have taken, these jobs would suit me and fulfill my needs in a job.

There are many careers out there for a college student, finding the one that someone sees themselves working in for all the their life now that is hard to find. I have had one career that I have wanted to do since high school and that is being a Forensic Scientist. This career depends on working in crime labs in federal or state laboratories. There is many different kinds of forensic scientist, but the general forensic scientist is the most popular. This career involves a lot of crime scenes and most of the time is spent writing reports as well overtime is always included in this job. Forensic Scientist involve a lot of complex situations where you will have to use your head and a lot of science to solve anything. This career will be experiencing

I was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Woodbridge, VA where I still reside. I am an extroverted person who enjoys going out to social gatherings and meeting new people, which is why I feel that banking is a good career for me. I recently graduated with a bachelors degree In Fashion Merchandising, which at the time seemed like the right idea because of my love for fashion. However, things did not work out as I planned, my dream was to be a fashion buyer for a department store but I quickly found that it wasn’t going to happen that easy. According to the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment opportunities for the sector of business and financial operations has estimated a growth of 632,400 new jobs, or an 8% rise from 2014 to 2024. In fact, the Bureau states that “the median annual wage for business and financial occupations in 2016 was 66,530, higher than the median annual wage for all occupations of 37,040” (U.S. Dept of Labor). As a future University of Houston-Downtown graduate obtaining a bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance and investment management, I hope to be able to pursue a successful career within the financial field. Desired Job: After graduating college with a four year degree in sales and business marketing, I would like to be a financial representative for an insurance agency. As a financial representative you have many responsibilities and need many skills. A few skills needed to be a successful financial representative is being able to communicate effectively, with different generations. This helps you show the customers what you can do for them as a company. Customers expect you to make the most out of their money. Well making the most out of their money, it is
