As the financial management firm grows and transformations of the times, it becomes essential to advance the technological components that comprise it. Furthermore, technology is only growing further advanced, and the cost of business does not go down, so naturally increasing efficiency and reducing cost needs to be a priority. The greatest way the company, Northcentral University, can develop and grow is through a new technological initiative that centers around centralizing staff, an integrated team outside of the headquarters in boundaryless fashion, and implementing new software technologies to connect these two things.
Main reasons for wanting to employ this modification have to do primarily with costs and efficiency. The current technological system is becoming outdated and is approaching the twilight of its effectiveness. Additionally, in the coming years, there will be greater demand for technology integration as well as an expected increase in regulations to the industry. After 180 years of service, one could assume Cheyney University has seen it all. Formerly known as the Institute for Colored Youth, they were founded in 1837. At that time it was illegal for slaves to be educated, some would even deem it as tip toeing on a dangerous line under those circumstances. To be found during that time period is a true testament to the school’s ability to defy odds. Once again they find themselves walking a fine line, as they are now struggling to keep their accreditation.
Sauk Valley Community College should have a track and field team for several reasons. SVCC use to have a track and field team. Sadly, they dropped it in the nineteen seventies probably because of the expenses. Track and field is a very popular sport that many students might want to take part in middle and high school, or even at college level. Track isn’t a very expensive sport. It is one of the cheapest sports to participate in. Track and field is also very popular sport in colleges in the two hour radius from Sauk Valley Community College. Bringing track and field to Sauk will bring about 40-50 new students each year. Also, this will make Sauk become a better choice of colleges in the area, because of the distance.

Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) is a nonprofit university that offers exemplary undergraduate and graduate education in the liberal arts and professional disciplines. During my time at SCSU, I am fortunate to have worked as a student worker and currently I work as a graduate assistant for the Community Alliance for Research and Engagement (CARE) program. Being able to serve as a graduate assistant in a nonprofit university encompasses a great deal of responsibilities and reward. For instance, I work with New haven residents to identify and tackle social and health issues identified by the community. I also work alongside the resident partners to build relationships with other neighborhood leaders and community organizations who have diverse knowledge, expertise, and skills. In addition, I help to create health activities with community residents, conduct outreach about neighborhood-level projects, and assist with research-related activities.

The Kilgore Board of Trustees at Kilgore College, according to the Kilgore College website, has specific powers and duties imposed by the state statutes including policy direction for the college. They also establish goals consistent with Kilgore Colleges’ role and mission, but overall they are to make wise decisions that will further benefit the facility they govern and the community they are in. And on Monday July 20, 2015 the board had practiced their powers in a public meeting, at the McLaurin Administration Building, on the Kilgore College campus. As of April 2016, members of the NAU community and public have access to more than 670,000 print and e-books, 81,000 e-journals, 161,000 online audio and video recordings (J. Swann, personal communication, April 19, 2016). Successful learning requires inclusive and widespread support along with relevant resources from the library. I have looked at countless colleges to see what would be the best for my and my plans, and one college stood out from all the others; Herkimer College. My current plan is to go to college for two years to get my general studies out of the way so I can transfer into a college in Australia for stock trading. Herkimer will allow me to do this because it is close to home, so I don’t have to worry about the cost of room and board and I can balance work and college. Herkimer is also a cheaper alternative than many other colleges, allowing me to save more money to move to Australia in a few years.
My initial interest for applying to Radford University came about through an uplifting conversation I had with Danylle Kunkel, professor within the department of management. While attending a friend's basketball tournament who attends and plays for Radford University, Mrs. Kunkel and I met and spoke briefly about my aspirations for both business and management, and more specifically about my inevitably intention to turn my father's business "Z-Kabob" into a full blown franchisee. Long story short, she had given me some priceless tips about marketing decision-making, mentioning how Radford's entrepreneurship program couldn't have been a better fit for me. Her evident passion while educating me, and within business itself, is just one of the factors that makes me so eager and joyful to write this application with hopes of getting an acceptance.
