Online dating is a which allows individuals, couples and groups to make contact and communicate with each other over the Internet, usually with the objective of developing a personal, romantic, or sexual relationship. Match making occurs over the Internet using computers or cellphones.

In order to use an online dating service, people start by creating a profile with basic information about themselves such as gender, age, location, and interests, and at least one photo. The cons of online dating; there aren’t many!

• It’s easy to pretend to be some one else as identity is not verified.
• Rarely, because of the anonymous nature of the Web, it does attract some undesirable characters.
