I spoke with Ms. Valerie on July 31, 2017, at 6:58 p.m over the phone. Ms. Valerie stated that the client Bryce Linder verbalized that an advocate Leslie McKeown slapped him in the face. Then later she stated that the advocate Catina Hampton slapped him on the left side of his face during a group session, held at the HCAP office Located at 4120 Directors Row Suite D. Ms. Valerie stated that Bryce informed her that Catina verbalized to the client, “I have to slap you because you were being disrespectful during group.” Ms. Valerie also mentioned that Catina filed a CPS report on the family because Bryce stated that his former therapist molested him in the past and no one reported the incident. The advocate went out of town for a family emergency the week of July 24 –July 30. Ms. Valerie stated that Catina Hampton asked her if it was ok to take care of her two dogs during the time that she was out. Ms. Valerie stated that one of the dogs died from overheating and the other dog was stuck under the house.

It is unknown by the reporter what kind of control substance. Per reporter Richard’s girlfriend Amanda was arrested on 1/1/2015 for a felony charge for possession of a control substance. It is unknown where Graysin was during the time of her arrest. It is unknown by the reporter is Garysin has been hurt or harm due to Richard and Amanda having possession to control substances. PER REPORTER: On 7/27/2015 Sammietria were involved in domestic violent in front of his home. The reporter said that she left Sammie locked in the car alone for about 5 minutes or longer. The reporter said the child was not harmed or in need of medical care. Sammietria were arrested and Sammie was with the reporter. Per reporter Sammietria went and got Sammie from daycare and he hasn’t seen him since. According to the reporter Sammietria is smoking weed in the home, but not around the child. However, the reported did say that Sammietria use to manufactured the weed but it’s unknown if she still does. It’s unknown if the child has access to the weed. REPORTER: The reporter/ FPS (Stephen) called to report physical abuse for the victim, Vantonio. According to the reporter, around 1: am this morning (01/26/2016), it was reported by the D’Iberville Police Department (Sergeant Crawford) that the victim was in a physical altercation (no details given) with an older adult. The child refused to go home. Sergeant Crawford called the reporter for assistance. The child wanted to go home with an older adult that he knew, but it was reported that she was under the influence of marijuana. His mother (Robin) was unable to pick him up, due to not having any transportation. PER REPORTER: He received a report from Harleigh’s father expressing concerns about her mother Emily drug use and activity. Per reporter the father said that Emily is selling drugs (meth) out of her home around Harleigh. It is unknown if she using the meth around the child, but Harleigh does have access to the meth. However, the meth is not being manufactured in the home. Per reporter on 8/20/2015 he was called to the home for domestic violence at the home and knowledge of meth being in the home. It was told by the reporter that Emily had a miscarriage and the reporter think it was due to the use of narcotic drugs. On December 30, 2016, C-1 reported to members of the Metropolitan Police Department that at the she became involved in an argument with her son Jamari Hawkins over his living arrangements hereinafter referred to as D-1. D-1 swept C-1’s property off her bedroom dresser and slapped C-1’s cell phone out of her hand when C-1 attempted to call 911. D-1 also threw a small glass in C-1's direction. Contact was made with the subjected detained in the back of Officer Cox’s patrol vehicle. The male subject identified himself as Jared’s brother, Joshua Depew. Joshua’s identity was confirmed using D.A.V.I.D. Joshua stated that if any marijuana was left anywhere it was his.
