Gun are by design, created to allow people to defend themselves from the outside world. Yet, the government keeps trying to change those laws, where no one will be allowed to own a gun. Tyrant government fear armed Americans. Thomas Jefferson: "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bare arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." By making guns illegal will only make obtaining one harder to achieve, not impossible. This action will be only taking away the rights from the law abiding people. Taking away the people's right will never be easy or nonetheless fix the problem that there clearly is. It will only cause it to grow. It will cause an enormous amount of danger for the people who just wish to keep themselves and their loved ones safe. The americans who are for guns can see the real reason the government would want to change the gun right laws. Take away the home defence and we have no other option but to comply. But if that was not what the intention was than, instead, making it outlawed to sell a gun if you do not have the certification to do so. Along with mandatory background checks to every gun sold. And each gun must be registered to whomever is carrying it. That way every gun carried is registered to that person. And those caught selling or having an unregistered gun, should also get a heavier sentencing and fines for the persons jail time. In all fifty states, not having some states more lenient than others. Keeping the problem people off the streets, and in jail longer, will make selling guns to the wrong people less desirable. Giving sellers more fear about getting caught, because of penalties. Yet, there still will be criminals that find a way around the system but there is a lot more people who carry and have never had to use it, and will never wish to use it for wrong doings. There have been many people protesting against having the right to bare arms. Most agree that the right to bare arms should be taken away.
